Review summary

Was a great cruise overall. We did have an issue with our stateroom but was handled professionally and promptly when we went to guest services. We were even given an upgrade to a new stateroom without even asking. Blew us away as this was the first time we had an issue like this for it to be treated so well and quickly.

This is a proper review. You had a great cruise, yet you had an issue and the cruise line resolved that issue, without the usual line from so many people saying it was the worst cruise ever. I read a review from a person on here saying it was the worst cruise ever.....why......cause there was no turn down service and no chocolate on the pillow. Thanks for the positive review, it was refreshing versus the same old pettiness I read in most reviews.
