Pride of America was very good, we were very impressed. The only thing that made us unhappy was our agent on told us our stateroom would have a partial view. it was not partial. room 7626 had a total obstruction in the window. you could not see out and that made us very unhappy but we told ourselves we would not let this ruin our cruise. We would DEFINITELY recommend this cruise . . great way to see the Hawaiian Islands. We will go again on Pride of America

Clean, well appointed and had all the things we wanted. Outstanding food. Outstanding service.

Spotless with dedicated crew

This was our first cruise and it didn't disappoint us. We wanted rest and relaxation and we sure got it. We could sleep all day if we wanted or enjoy the numerous activities they offered. The food was every bite wonderful and service was immaculate. We forgot some medicine and got that replaced quickly. The excursions were excellent. Everything was perfect and as close to heaven as it can get. We felt like babies who were fed, entertained and rocked to sleep every night and afternoon in the cloud soft beds. LOVED IT and would go again as soon as money is saved up for it.

Everybody was very nice and polite.

The cruise is good but too many days on the ocean, the activities outdoors are very expense and really bad, just a couple hours in fours islands, if your plan is going with somebody else perfect because 95% of people are older, the food avarage, the service great, the rooms very well.

Looked older that it was. Shower was small & worn, Theatere didn't have the capacity 2 seat all, ha to come more that 15 minutes early to get a seat. Secutiy was lax & didn't try 2 prevent line jumping in tender lines.pricess permitteed a link 2 discount tour service, 1 of 2 was a fiasco.

In excellent condition.....very nice stateroom w/great storage space....good entertainment also

Ship needs a refit and an overhaul of the management. Nothing like our last cruise on the Volendam last year which is a similar ship. Would not recommend Holland America based on this experience.

ship is showing wear and tear...definitely geared to an older crowd...MUCH OLDER...not much to do on sea days...have travelled with them before and was impressed but not this time..probably wont sail with holland america again..

The ship decor was beautiful. Staff was friendly, but some not well-trained. Received coffee when requested, but no cream or sugar offered. No salt or pepper on table and none offered. We had to wait 20 plus minutes to eat in the "free" restaurants while there was no wait for the specialty (cover charge) ones. The food was just OK. Overly salty. Very few of the desserts were good. The menu was limited-pretty much the same every evening. Our cabin was noisy at night-we could hear banging sounds all night long. Onboard entertainment was good, but not as varied as expected.

Great way to have a vacation, well trained, friendly and motivated staff.

cabins very small, no dancing opportunities, alcoholic beverages too expensive

The overall experience was lack luster and not up to what we have experienced in the past with other cruise lines.

The ship was mediocre at most. Our stateroom was so small you could not even enjoy spending time there.

Everything about the Golden Princess was top-notch. We got so attached to some of the staff it was hard to leave. The entertainment was very enjoyable and had something for everyone. Our mini suite was great and gave us plenty of space for our 2 weeks in one room together.

good service overall. everybody on ship works well together and is very pleasant.

pool was too small but jacuzzis were great, staterooms were clean and quiet, staff was well organized

Golden Princess - beautiful, very well maintained ship, couldn't have asked for a better cruising experience. This was our 7th cruise and first on Princess - we were impressed.

The Golden had been recently renovated. The ship is absolutely beautiful. It was a full sailing and yet we were not constantly in big jam ups. the Piazza was a beautiful central location with great entertainment through out the day and evening.
