good service overall. everybody on ship works well together and is very pleasant.

absolutely hate assigned dining. almost did not chose cruise because of this. Luckily we had a very accommodating maitre d' and excellent waiters in Randy Delos Reyes and Emmanuel Herreria in the Bernini dining room station 6 and 7. Because of this we are considering an Alaska cruise in June 2011.

Entertainment

Princess shows are excellent. Speakers on Hawaii and naturalists were somewhat lower quality. Could use much improvement.

Overall excellent but expecially great waiters Randy Delos Reyes and Emmanuel Herreria in Bernini stations 6 and 7. What a flawless team they make!
