Ship is fabulous! The live entertainment incredible. The officers and crew were very friendly and helpful. The staff was always willing to assist in anyway. One of the best cruises I’ve ever taken

we would like to recognize Allin. Wherever he worked, he did everything well. Showman when creating amazing drinks. He never failed. The best coffees when he was helping with coffee. You can tell he knows what he does, and makes a difference. Smiley, knowledgeable and respectful. We would like to recognize NOEL and his assistant Tainara. The best at Opus restaurant. They can give you advice, recommendations, they do what you want to make you happy. We also want to recognize "Marina" the restaurant hostess who has a very difficult job and she does it with a smile and suffers for you if you have to wait. She is really sweet. She can be very good at customer relations. She treats people very nicely. Last Mr. Faruk who wants his customers to be happy and does everything he can to serve his customers.

We had a wonderful time onboard the Rhapsody. I would recommend it and this itinerary to anyone wanting to experience Spain, France and Italy.

We chose this cruise because of the destinations. The highlight definitely is Istanbul and Athens. As indicated above, amenities and service was okay, nothing really specific standing out. Celebrity did try their best to make the cruise flawless, but I could see how understaffed they were. It shows in the quality of service.

Cruise was lovely, but the technology to get there was so challenging /frustrating, it made me think older people are being squeezed out of traveling.

We love cruises but this was the worst and it was a shame to ruin our anniversary cruise. We paid for Norwegian Air to Sea and then got no help when the first flight was delayed and thus caused us to miss our connecting flight. We were traveling with 2 kids under 12 and a one day in the airport turned into 3. We joined the cruise in Rome (2 days late) and were so exhausted and disappointed that we missed activities in Barcelona, Ajaccio, France, and Rome. We had to arrange our own hotels, meals, etc. while we tried to get to the ship. If we had booked our own air we would have had more of a buffer and would have had a better experience and easier rebooking. Air to Sea is a waste of money. Norwegian's service and follow up when something goes wrong during travel are awful. We did not get refunded the air transfers or for the unused cruise days.

Great fun and wonderful friendly crew. We bought the cruise next offer and were told that if we bought a cruise before June 30th we would get 10% off It was even listed on the chalk board nex to the desk. We didn't receive the 10%. Do have a cas #05900848 and have not heard.

Can’t wait to take the cruise next year on the Rotterdam. This time we want to cruise to Bergen and all it has to offer.

We booked this through ; which complicated things because we would try to add something or had a question and told to talk to the travel agent; the travel agent couldn't help so we went in circles. We learned the priority pass only gives you priority when there is a tender; however, if you have an excursion, you already have priority tender. And there was zero value for either the embark or disembark. So for us, it was a waste of money. Be careful where you room is located.

Very nice and relaxing cruise, quite a bit to do on board. Specialty dining was good and drinks were great.

Our first time on Celebrity cruises and it was a wonderful vacation. The food, staff, entertainment are excellent and would highly recommend this cruise ship and itinerary.

Feel very poor scheduling. eg. port arrival at 10 AM and some early departures making private tours unavailable

The first 14 days were terrible. The second 14 days were much better. Too many things went wrong in the first 14 days to cover. Bad room, incorrect shuttle bus info, lost time in ports, could not take some of the excursions because the ship got there late, drink charges that were not ours (refunded), missed port day in Southampton because ship was late to port because of sailboat regatta, etc.

Service of the waitstaff and room stewards were beyond wonderful. Food is amazing too, but could use more variety. Activities, however, were virtually the same every single day with the same terrible music.

The Carnival Pride was a great ship to view the Norway fjords. 6 ports in 9 days with 2 sea days serving as bookends to the vacation was more than enough to get an experience to remember. Carnival would be smart to build an updated ship that was small enough to travel small waterways, yet have the conveniences of specialty dining (Del Capitano, Bonsai Sushi & Teppanyaki, Ji Ji Asian, Guy's Pig & Anchor) and modern entertainment venues that have the high tech backgrounds found on new ships. It was a Very Special Experience!

Overall nice trip but i would not recommend the Vision of the Seas, find a newer boat to spend your hard earned money on. We only chose this because of the itinerary, which wasn't that great either.
