we had a good time on the cruise. we got to see a lot of interseting sites and learned a great deal of history. we were disappointed that the weather was not good enough to get us into Mykonos. the tour we had in Santorini was very poor and very rushed. there was nothing special about our upgraded cabin and service was minimal. the upcharges on drinks was in very poor taste and mis-managed. i think i was told i had to pay an additional $1.40 for a shot of Crown Royal on several occasions. do you really need the $1.40 for Crown? and i do believe that Crown was on the list in the drink pkg i purchased. a couple of visits to customer service were met with long lines and surly customer service reps. i had to wait for almost an hour to cash in $70 worth of casino chips. i didn't hear the announcement that the casino wasn't going to be open the last night of the cruise and maybe i get that but why wouldn't open up the cashier just for that, i know i wasn't the only one that missed that announcement??? the cruise was mostly nice but those few things that were unexpectedly annoying will most likely push me back to Royal Caribbean. so scrolled down to finish the survey and you have my overall rating as a 4.1 out of 5??? i would give it a 3 at BEST

I really enjoyed the staff (with a few exceptions) and was grateful for the experience! We laughed and relaxed and got to see some beautiful places. It was not the best food and there were a lot of unexpected charges, but I'm grateful I did it.

I was able to relaxed as a professional staff pampered me kindly and without fuss. They just wanted me to enjoy myself!

The cold food at the early dining, the constant payments for shuttle buses and terrible tender experience made it a below par trip. The Sardegna stop was a reason we liked the itenirary but that was cancelled. I have traveled with Royal before and that trip was a great experience.

It was a very nice cruise with a new ship. It was more than I expected and the ship was not crowded, no lines neither reservations for dining.

This was the best vacation of our lives! We will be back!

Average ship, itinerary was amazing to visit Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. Other areas of Israel to visit too. Turkey was also impressive. Apart from Greece ports the other ports were average.

It all was great but we found all drinks Very expensive plus the included tips were high. The ship was great but Not as nice as others we have cruised on Service and crew were Just Great they deserve great ratings (. All of them )

I did this cruise out of interest in the ports and was totally pleased with my experience exploring each one. The ship excursions were overpriced and unnecessary since all ports are easily explored on your own, as I did. The ship was fine, seen better, seen worse. The ship staff was excellent.

Wonderful. Weather was too hot. Got dizzy and sick while going to island excursion. Did not like twnders

Great itinerary, but ship was old and in need of a major update. Food was terrible, except in the specialty dinning. Bar service was great. Room steward was outstanding. All other service about the worst we have ever experienced.

Excellent service, amazing ship. The ports were great, except the distance to Florence. I would recommend this cruise.

The cruise was fine and a great time to share with our family. However, did not include the drinks package as requested (phone call proved it was requested, thank goodness for taped calls). Had to pay for each drink and be asked EACH TIME if we were aware we did not have the drinks package. After seven days this got old. Some people actually asked if we could afford to pay for the drinks. After nearly two hours on the phone with , this is during the cruise while my family was trying to get ready for dinner, I was told that the matter would be investigated. Two days later, did the right thing and acknowledged their mistakes, but I needed to send in the drinks bill and wait (and hope) for reimbursement. Very very annoying.

Wonderful cruise with incredible crew and services. Captain was great and informative about all the parts of his ship.

Overall this was an excellent cruise and the experience on the Viking Jupiter ship was perfect. The original itinerary included Tallinn, St. Petersburg and Helsinki and were replaced by smaller places in Norway and the Aland Islands. We would have preferred more time in Berlin and Stockholm, as there were more places to see in these big cities, instead of the 6-8 hours we were given.

We’ve taken about 50 cruises in our lifetimes, and this was our third cruise on Silversea in the last year. The first was the best and a standard by with we will judge all future cruises. On cruises 2 and 3 however, the main dining room food ranged from excellent to just awful, depending on the night. Our table, and several others, had to send back food multiple times and this never happens to us on other cruise lines or on land. The servers in the main dining room often delivered the food to the wrong person and even the wrong table. The expedition teams, crew, and staff were always excellent. The excursions were generally good, but no better than with any other cruise line. They all contract with the same vendors at each port. So once we take into consideration that Silversea markets itself as being at the top of the list, the overall experience was mid-market but at twice the price. We enjoyed it, but don’t feel that we received good value. So we’re going back to our favorite cruise lines that have never let us down: Windstar, Azamara, and Oceania.

and Katie Bentley, horrible service from her. This was third cruise using them. Will never use again. She is non responsive, attitude horrible and lied about us having transport after port change, and then ghosting us. Cost us $400. Horrible experience. Have tried to report this several times and can’t get to speak to anyone about her lack of service.

Well executed from start to finish ... except for the internet service, which was intermittent and poor at best.
