Wonderful cruise and recommends to see so many cities and learn the history.

I had a wonderful time cruising with my family of twelve:

Again, I traveled solo as a retirement gift and was very disappointed with cabin location and food in Marketplace.

I was disappointed regarding the tax reimbursement. No one gave me the proper instructions and I was not able to get the taxes back at the airport. I lost almost $200. on that.

Beware the extra charges to get to the port locations! I've never seen a cruise line charge you to get off the boat and into the ports of call. And the cities are far (30+ minutes by public transportation)

The cruise is really a pleasing experience. The staff inside the cruise was helpful but the reception was always crowded and they might need some more staff in there. The only bad part was the disembarkation which was not organized well. Hope this can be addressed soon.

It was a wonderful cruise and the ship is very nice I will be going back soon, all the staff are wonderful.

We enjoyed this itinerary. Disappointed about Porto. Would love to have had the captain announce the Rock of Gibraltar (it was about 1am but I know it's doable as we passed a landmark on our Baltic Cruise that was announced on the PA at 2am). Adjustments need to be made for excursions so that participants can stay in town and still have access to ship shuttles to return. The Blu restaurant is phenomenal and a highlight for our cruise.

Keep your service expectations low and you won’t be disappointed. Fortunately, with our private chauffeurs and guides, the ports were lovely.

The staff was friendly doy and courteous and really made the trip for our family of 16 enjoyable. Thank you to our team!

Cruise was wonderful. Ship was extremely well run from all aspects (cleanliness, timeliness, service, tours). Preferred the specialty restaurants but pretty main-stream in menu flavors.

Excellent cruise ship, entertainment and crew. Enjoyed the cruise route and had a ton of fun.

The embarkation process in Barcelon was a nightmare. Reservation times were meaningless and the check in process was very disorganized. Once you are on the ship the service is great

We generally liked the ports of call and had a really good time ashore. The cruise had only one sea day and we usually like such times.

Too many bad experiences to describe in detail. In summary, being nickel and dimed on everything, and being told multiple times by Norwegian staff when we tried to get service that "It's not their department". Also having to wait in line for Guest Services and dining venues also contributed to the very bad experiences on the cruise. Norwegian definitely did not earn our business on this cruise, or repeat business from us in the future.

Amazing cruise for our 27 anniversary. Can’t wait to sail again.

First time cruising on Virgin Voyages. Totally chill vibe on ship. Staff and crew and passengers all very friendly. Loved the ports of call. Dining experience very different on this ship. Here is my compliment and complaint. Food very good in the specialty restaurants much like high end restaurant. Presentation is great. Food is very tasty and rich mostly due to sauces used. They do not have a buffet on board but instead have the Galley. It offers up some different dishes daily but pickins are slim. If you are only going on a 5 to 7 day cruise, you should have no complaints with the food choices. We were on board for back to back cruises for a total of 22 days and we were burnt out at eating at the individual restaurants as they do not change the menu at each restaurant. And the Galley was hit or miss. For longer cruises, I would probably cruise with a different cruise line. Overall, you should definitely give Virgin Voyages a try.

It was my first cruise and I loved it and it changed my perspective on travel.
