Remember to relax and enjoy because minor things are always going to happen, just work through them and stay calm, it's a vacation.

Cruise, as a whole, was great, as always, but I feel that small cuts have affected it. Even the comp latitudes dinner is no longer a full meal. Appetizer, soup/salad, entree, and dessert has become Appetizer OR soup/salad, entree, dessert. Seems minor, but it makes you feel just a little less special. Petty cuts for the people who have spent so much money to cruise with NCL.

This cruise is for older travelers who want to see several ports and don't mind an older ship.

Cruise was good. Dawn is an older boat, inside looks very good, outside showing it's age.We had a day in PORTLAND ENGLAND where we could not get alcohol until very late in the evening.NCL told me there was a 22000 fine to serve alcohol in port.We paid for alcohol the entire cruise, plus gratituies.We never received any credit for the tips. This also happened for about half the day in the port of South Hampton.

I'll be back, it was so much fun and a great experience. Celebrity is an A-1 cruise line

Love all the ports visited very interesting and educational great memories.

Have cruised on different cruise lines and NCL is one of our favorite lines.

This very trip is also both my wife (Doki / Mahdokht MERAJI) and I’s celebration our 40th anniversary. Both Doki and I have travelled much, and most of our past experiences have always been in the Asia continent, and not so much with cruises…but I must admit, NCL has been extremely pleasant and kind to both of us, above all, we have also noticed many people we have meet in the past 10 days here, also enjoyed the experience as much as we have. Additionally, in the past 10 days since checked in, I must let you know how much I have appreciated the consistently excellent work and all the little details from your staff, that had helped us feeling being in Lisbon Norwegian cruise, truly “home away from away” with such great comfort and much care; despite being far away from family, with some motion sickness in the first couple of days….and of course, the complimentary bottle of Chianti from Tyson had helped smooth and eased the motion sickness very dearly and quickly (Tyson, again, thank you very much for being so thoughtful and your kindness). I must share with you my feedback and experience we have had during our stay, as we have been incredibly pleased with your team’s commitment to highest quality services. Housekeeping – We have truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere with all cleanliness and friendliest services by Mr. Fulgencio TAMESIS Jr. (also, we have been calling him Paul). We have enjoyed all the friendly conversations every morning before going to breakfast as he has started his day, particularly of his wonderful opportunity here with NCL and sometimes sharing some short stories of his family and the beauties of his hometown back in Philippine. As well, I had observed of his engagement with all other customers on the same floor with consistent friendly manner, and they all appeared to enjoy their times chatting with Paul in the hallway. Paul has inspired us in many wonderfully considerate ways, even this morning before we had left for Cadiz, Paul had dropped our laundry with the most friendliness manner. We did give a personal R&A to Paul with $50 USD cash for all his efforts. Of course, every staff on the NCL cruise has been wonderfully kind and very professional. Also, the many choices of food and beverages have been exceptionally wonderful with highest quality. The two other staff worthy recognized: Ms. Johanna ZENKER and Sibomgile MDITSWA, truly very kind and wonderful photographers…..with endless of kindness and beautiful smiles at every greetings. Jenny, I truly understand of your important role within your organization, but I must let you know of your team effort, and it is such people in the organization as mentioned above, who have helped with making your Company great, and if I may say that they are all a true credit to Norwegian Cruise Line and fully epitomizes what 5-Star Service is all about. Most of the cruise was enjoyable. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OCEANIA THAT THEY DIDN'T LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISE TO LET US HAVE "OUR CHOICE" OF FREE BEVERAGE PACKAGES OR 2 FREE EXCURSIONS. THEY MADE ME take the 2 free excursions over the beverage package I bought which cost me over $400 more.

We love Oceania and this cruise didn’t disappoint…only issue is poor wifi..

Was underwhelmed. OLife air was ridiculous, very bad connections and hotels overpriced. Free air transfers are not really free if padded into the hotel price.

Overall we were disappointed, first with our accommodations, we have been on many cruise ships and this was the smallest cabin we ever had, specially when is referred as luxury only. Second we couldn’t visit three port due to bad weather and there was not much to do onboard, no activities except for the gym. We realized the were no plans for unexpected sea days. Nothing was offered to compensate for the boredom.

This was a great experience, wish it had a day at sea for relaxation purposes! Casablanca was a downer due to the filth & poverty. Otherwise, we loved it!

Silhouette ship is beautiful & spotless. Five Star Professional staff. Transportation arrangements to & from LHR seamless. Variety of Entertainment & activities. Wi-Fi was inconsistent.

If you’re a family traveling with children of any age I would avoid this cruise. Population is mainly a retired older demographic. The ship is also smaller with less activities and things to do. The shows were a bit provocative for kids but still entertaining. The buffet food wasn’t good.

We booked our cruise through American Airlines - I'm not sure I would do this again. It felt like we were on our own and received different responses whenever I called. I had to figure things out on my own and honestly, didn't feel that our rep had our best interest at heart. Really disappointing and feel our rep could have helped us, such as the transportation to/from the port. We ended up spending double on transportation than we had to, which was greatly disappointing.

Had an enjoyable & memorable much needed vacation and looking forward to planning next cruise.
