Cruise is the best. But promised me $300 back to spend on the ship and $50 to get after the cruise is done (for a cabin). And I got nothing. Please, let me know why this happened. I was frustrated by your lie.

I have had mixed emotions about FREE STYLE from the very beginning. I can see the pros and cons of it. However on this crusie FREE STYLE DINING meant that you culd wait to eat in a line for an hour while the ship gave big, big preference to over 300 Chinese came on board and insisted on all eating at the same time. I would think that FREE STYLE meant FREE STYLE for every one. MANY NOT HAPPY. Another thing, The food in the main dining room was sub-standard to any crusie we have taken before (we have taken about 25). Of course they have 5 special dining rooms abord that you can pay $30.00 dollars a person at which to eat. It is like they are forcing you to pay for the food. My wife and I have worked out way up to GOLD but we will never reach PLATINUM because we won't sail again on NORWEGEIN. This was a 26 day crusie we took and in that length of time you hear and talk to a good numbe of folks. Take my word for it, there were a lot of folks that was unhappy on this cruise. The crew provided excellent service. The accommodations were great. The food was superb. My wife and I emjoyed the cruise very much. We would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to take a cruise of a life time.

We loved this cruise and we are now emerald members of the crown and anchor society. We have already booked another cruise in the future. The food service and the cabin service was excellent. The people who served were pleasant and helpful.

Food was sometimes. Cold too few crew

The ship size was very good for many reasons. Not too big and not too small. It never felt crowded.The ship needs a major over haul as it is looking very tired in many places.

Cruise ship is well equipped but that crew is very cautious about sanitizing in all food handling to customers. Flu seasons around November so many seniors were sick and cough...need to offer classes for sickness prevention as well as mouth mask for germ spores spreading while coughing in public.

Seedy. No adequate walking track. Poor casual dining area.

I think dropping people in a port that is so ugly and dirty and charging them to go to a nice spot isn't good. We walked all over town and didn't find one redeeming quality. I would have rather had another day at sea as it was a ver busy cruise. Other than that it was great? These rolling ball rating things are stupid a check in a box is easier. Thanks

The best service I have ever had on a cruise. Great suite, wonderful crew. The special restaurants are great how ever the compass rose was very disappointing.

This was our 9th cruise and we booked it due to the unique ports. The ports were nice and met our expectations, however it was our first and probably last time on NCL. We did like the freestyle dining concept, however the food was disappointing at best. Easily the worst we've experienced. The boat was very dated and in the future we will only book on new ships.

This ship needs a lot of repairs. All around our cabin, people were having trouble from water leaks, to overheating, to gaping doorways to balconys, to freezing cold, to scalding water follwed by freezing water. Sliding doors in public areas didn't work. THis is not a new ship and it shows its age. Smoke from the casino invaded other areas and was TERRIBLE. I would never take another Norwegian Cruise Line trip.

we really expected more

Very nice older ship. Well kept. Rooms very nice and large, especially the balcony room we had. Easy to get around. Entertainment was a little light but this was the start of a repositioning cruise back to Florida. Easy to get off in England. But the boarding process in Copenhagen was way to long and dragged on and on. Elderly and people with children were not taken first or moved up in the long long line. I believe we stood for 1 1/2 hours to board. The port or cruise line to blame? I'm not sure. Dining room was great as the food was. Overall very satisfied for the price we paid!

This baltic cruise is a phenomenal experience. I have cruised over a dozen times to many destinations and was most impressed by the cities in Scandinavia and St. Petersburg, Russia. Unfortunately, I did not feel the same about the Norwegian Sun. This was my first time cruising with Norwegian, and I hope the quality of the food and amenities is just due to the age of the ship. I know it is not one of their newer ships, and it felt that way. I was disappointed with the room service menu and dinner menu, dining room and overall ship decor. I found the lunch and dinner buffet to be decent, given the wider selection. I also found the formal lunch menu to be very good. I had some issues with communication involving the staff, and that was frustrating. Overall, a well worth experience, but I might recommend if its available and timing works, to take a different cruiseship or cruiseline.

Loved the ports, which is why we booked it. Ship is kind of old, so not as pretty as some we have been on.

Norwegian Sun was fantastic. Our inside stateroom was the largest we have ever had on a cruise. Cruise staff was very friendly and efficient, and cruise activities were varied and interesting. Great activity director and staff. the ship had been refurbished last year, and was very clean and modernized.

The Carnival Breeze is just beautiful,well designed,with everything you need to have the best experience ever!

The ship was typical Princess: if you have cruised on one you can find your way around with no trouble. It was very clean and the crew was very friendly and helpful.
