Review summary

Cruise is the best. But promised me $300 back to spend on the ship and $50 to get after the cruise is done (for a cabin). And I got nothing. Please, let me know why this happened. I was frustrated by your lie.

It was also explained to me that there was to be some form of credit returned after the cruise but I haven't heard from anyone to date exactly how it works. Also the $24 per day charged for two persons daily for automatic gratuity charge is ridiculous. Gratuities should be paid by satisfied customers to the service persons who provided the quality service and not to be shared w/others!
