Review summary

The ship size was very good for many reasons. Not too big and not too small. It never felt crowded. The ship needs a major over haul as it is looking very tired in many places.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
All the meat selections were very good but the fish and pasta was awful. The buffett was the worst I have ever encountered. Due to the noro virus you were not allowed to touch anything and while I appreciate their dedication to stop the virus it was very annoying to have someone salt and pepper your food for you.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
They had a good variety of types of entertaiment but my husband thought there should have been more broadway type shows in the celebrity theatre

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The staff was also dealing the outbreak and were short staffed so they did the best that they could. Our dining room staff was great.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was kept clean but many areas need addressing. There were major rust spots and paint peeling. The decor is more subdued than many other ships. There is no atrium so that is lacking and the shoping on board was dismal at best.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Even though I did not like the decor that is personal preference. The room was of good size and the shower was almost twice as big as other ships.

Pros: the itinerary

Cons: major out break of norovirus and the VAT that had to be paid
