this cruise was amazing...the ship was beautiful clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating.  the only disappointment was our shore excursion in Norway was cancelled and we had to select something else.  I highly recommend Tony at also

I have been with 3 cruise lines and 6 cruises. This is the only ship you have to pay to use the shower after workout in the gym. I am also very sad to find out that sauna is included in a spa package and you have to pay for the whole thing. The layout of ship also reflects businesses rather than continence. It's hard to navigate through the ship to get to where you want to be.  I have been with 3 cruise lines and 6 cruises at least. This is the only ship you have to pay to use the shower after workout in the gym. We've been on many cruises, and Princess is one of our favorites.  Food is very good, fitness center is huge, and movies are extremely good.  This route is designed OK if you like to spend 3 days at Sea.  Not sure if the route could have been designed with less days at Sea.

9 hours delayed, unable to rebook a flights tickets back home until 48 hours after, 'Sleepless' NO hotel rooms available due to a multiple events + a ship brokedown @ city of Copenhagen, NO words can described anymore. First & last thanks NCL.!

The NCL Star broke down in Sweden and every one lost flights. connections it was a nightmare, they handled the situation terribly. I'm still in shock of how disorganized everything turned out. I had so many wonderful experiences in each city that ending the cruise in such an unpleasant manner put a damper to the whole vacation. 

Oceania claims to provide a higher level of service, but unfortunately we did not find this to be the case.  We had a lovely time but Oceania could definitely work on improving their excursions and entertainment.  The ports were good but for the extra money, the level of service should be higher. 

I loved the staff.  However, sometimes for the excursions it was difficult to find out where we were supposed to meet and what time.  Also the 24 hour cancellation fee was a big cumbersome because sometimes we would feel tired but we still had to go on the excursion anyway.  

Weather was good (and cool).  Sights were excellent especially fjord boat trip out of Stavanger and Hop on/Hop Off out of Oslo and Belfast.  Third time in Edinburgh is not enough.  Need a week to see everything,  Almost too many ports...needed more sea days to rest. Food on board is great and service was excellent.  Norway and  Denmark are expensive.

great ,but it was too short, not enough time for all 12 days, wish cruise all 24 days, will enjoy 2nd leg of the cruise, maybe next time,not enough time for all 12 days, will try to do next summer, love the countries, clean, nice places, thoroughly enjoyed.

Most of the ports are right in the City

It should be better explanation about the Port Location in each city in order to plan ahead the excursions and activities.  For example Stckholm has different ports aoroud the city.  We arrived by plane and we didn't know which port we were departing or even the address of the port in order to tell our taxi driver.

We had a wonderful trip! Loved all ports of call and the crew of the ship is wonderful! Looking forward to going in another celebrity cruise next year!

THE SHIP WAS LOVELY, BUT NOT SPECTACULAR

we were excited to be on a new ship

but surprised that is was not special

the itinerary was great, but would NOT recommend booking tours thru the ship

A BIG MONEY MAKER

other guests booked thru other companies and paid half

we had a mobility scooter and we were told that St Petersberg was not ready for them....we felt forced to book a private tour-$1,000 for one day

we were given the impression that we had to book thru Holland if we di not have a visa-NOT TRUE!!!  Spoke to many other guest who booked private tours and paid half.  VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW

We felt as many others felt that Holland Line is trying to save money

Entertainment and activities could have been better.  Going to all these ports were very meaningful.  No one lectured about any of the ports.  The guest on this ship were well traveled and felt many activities were to make sales to make money

the specialty restaurants were pretty good-did not love the dining room menu

WE HAVE BEEN ON AT LEAST 10 CRUISES 

so we are comparing this cruise to other experiences

The favorite part of the cruise is that the Celebrity Eclipse personnel's went out of their way to make our vacation a very memorable. Thanks to them. 

The ship was new but not ready and many waiting/bar staff not properly trained doing lots of jobs on different decks.

We have cruised several times with H + A and were expecting this to be the same high  quality experience we had been used to or better but NO !!

Also a friend of ours was taken ill and disembarked -the support his wife received was poor  so doubt that we will travel with them again.

ship was beautiful. food great. staff great.

excursion process needs work. included excursions booked up and you had to book on the ship. if they are included, how can they ever become "booked up"??

cabins lack adequate storage for a longer cruise.

sailing in to the fjords was spectacular...dining was superb with 5 star service the entertainment was hit and miss....only went to two shows ..some in italian which was ok...were only a handful of americans on the ship...mostly italians and germans and older crowd

This was our 1st cruise on Princess.

Plus: We had a balcony room that was very good. The ship was well maintained and we experienced no negative issues.

Minus: Anytime dining and food were good, but not outstanding. Entertainment went from bad to exceptional. Overall it was OK, but not the level that it should have been on a 14 day cruise. Excursions were good to very good. 

We had a great time! Scenery was breath taking...took lots of pictures so we  won't forget the beauty.

The weather was not great, few rainy days and few cold days in the high 40's and 50's. My wife had to buy heavier clothing on board in order to keep warn going on shore for the day.

This cruise was a very different type of holiday to us and we thoroughly enjoyed it. 

We enjoyed all of our ports of call but the highlight was St Petersberg, the buildings, palaces etc were fabulous

This cruise was a wonderful way to visit Scandinavia and Russia. Seven ports and only 2 days at sea kept us very busy exploring Northern Europe. Ship was in good condition, smooth sailing. Food and entertainment were adequate but not outstanding. Staff didn't seem as welcoming as other cruise ships.
