Review summary

I loved the staff. However, sometimes for the excursions it was difficult to find out where we were supposed to meet and what time. Also the 24 hour cancellation fee was a big cumbersome because sometimes we would feel tired but we still had to go on the excursion anyway.

I'm sure they would have deadlines to adhere to for advices and payment of booked guests. Might be wise to consider they are running a business, geez!
