NCL corporate has cut back to the extreme. Lots of screwups: no excursion tickets, promised fruit, or dinner vouchers in my room. Pre-cruise concierge (Platinum & up) did NONE of the things they promised to do. Two ports cancelled due to ‘weather’: Athens (only 7 knot winds) and Livorno (3 other cruise ships in port, but our captain decided not to). A cruise is what you make it, so we had a great time despite the negatives. NCL now at the bottom of my cruise choices.

It was highly unorganized and not enough activities were provided.

Norwegian is the worst!! Terrible food that they serve the same day after day. Wait 45 min to get seated in the main dining room. You're always waiting for something. Everything is super expensive like the drinks, and they nickel and dime you on everything. Do yourself a favor and go with Royal Caribbean. They are 100 times better and a great value!

Cruise was great, due to the places we visited. Was disappointing to miss 3 excursions but there were safety issues that needed to be taken into account.

For my first cruise I would have to say I was mostly dissapointed. Average food, very crowded ship, particularly trying to eat and find your way to the bar, buffet, etc., especially on days we did not port (3 days) Staff was very kind and helpful. Bibggest complaint is that we were entitled to credits due to missed ports and excursions. The credits were minimal, less than $100, but to get them we had to wait in line for almost 2 hours to get the cash. I cannot beleive that we cold not be credited automatically, and we believe it was so we would give up waiting and not apply for the credit. Then we also found out that you very specifically had to ask the right questions to receive your credit. This is unacceptanle treatment and becuase of this we will never use Norweigian again as we feel when you do not go to 3 of your intended port on a 10 day cruise you have missed quite a bit of the reason you paid for it with very little compensation.

My sister and I truly enjoyed our Mediterranean Cruise. The crew was great. The ship furnishings and decor were beautiful. We enjoyed the trivia and the 3 stage shows. A trip we will not forget.

This was my first cruise ever, and will do it again! The service, amenities, and ease of travel was surprising. Felt like a luxury hotel. Enjoyable activities for all ages, not just seniors. Regarding excursions, suggest you research each port prior to trip if you don’t want to pay for shore excursions. There is enough to do in some ports without excursions, but you have to be prepared to walk on uneven paths, far distances. We averaged 12,00-15,000 steps daily. So prepare yourself and get in shape!

Was as expected a great historical cruise. So much rich history in this region. Disappointed by not getting to Olympia.

Despite the embarking problem, we had a fantastic time. Be ready to walk a lot Music on ship was great. Great Salso band.would have like some country music Great entertainment.

We suggest you get clear directions from somebody regarding souvenirs and gifts(if you can), the security wouldn't give us this information when asked, it isn't posted (we took pictures) , even the CS won't comment regarding clarification. We asked CS desk twice for the prohibitive items list as the first request they were refusing. They use the clause of Security can deny items (but not state what items) to cover themselves to do or say whatever they want up to and including harassing you or in my case threatening to leave you at port for inquiring about it. Even the staff told us everything is allowed as long as they don't see it, what sort of answer is that?

Bad ship overall experience and rooms not comfortable. We will not sail ever again on the Epic, and would thing it twice before sailing again with NCL. In Livorno, the process of getting off the ship was awful. No crowd control at all. It was a big mess

An overall and by and large very disappointing cruise. The worst cruise with Costa(our 3d) ever. Discriminatory, shameful, humiliating, dishonest, and deceptive "passports" affair for non-EU nationals. Dishonest, deceptive, arrogant, and inflexible attitude with the above mentioned by the ship authorities in charge.

Great itinerary, but were worn out from all the excursions. Shore excursion descriptions were not accurate. This caused many who should have not been on excursion to choose.

Beautiful weather. The excursions were a bit on the early side but were informative and we learned many things. A few excursions were a boat cruise which we really enjoyed. Lots of walking!

Just average and a bit disappointed. Food was mediocre at best. Probably will not cruise again. Missed some of the sights because cruise ship tours only went to close cities and were rather pricey. Also, charged more than double the price of every hop on, hop off tour then if I were to purchase tickets at each location.

The cruise itinerary and overall trip was wonderful. The crew was very nice and the ship was very clean. We totally enjoyed the trip.

The cruise was “as advertised, with a diversion, but a great substitution” Definitely recommend it to anyone!

The overall cruise was very good. It was more adult oriented. We stayed in a cabin at Club level with a balcony, which added to the experience. I would definitely recommend this cruise. The historical experience was very positive. To visit 5 countries in 12 days was amazing.

This was a unique itinerary and we loved most of the ports of call. One day at sea would have given us a break as we were exhausted at the end of it. Redirecting us to Zadar from Bari was not as smooth as it could have been - no excursions to do so we just got off and walked around. Ship is very large so was comfortable. Some of the ports were too small to handle 3-4 large cruise ships at a time (Corfu was the most crowded).
