Worse cruise ever by nadiazaidi

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Norwegian Epic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

Just wanted to give you some honest feedback about the trip It was the worse cruise we have ever been on. The ship itself was beautiful, food and drinks were great but the service was absolutely horrible from the Epic. There were so many administrative errors in terms of billing and credit card authorizations (including unauthorized charges to our rooms) that we had 3 families (rooms) spending at least 12 to 16 hours over at guest services correcting these errors. They absolute worse was my cabin was flooded the whole week resulting in mould! She had to take prednisone during the trip because her lungs were in very bad shape as a result of the moisture and mould. My other sister had to take out a round of antibiotics as soon as we left the boat and landed on Barcelona.  I don’t think I can ever recommend Norwegian or your agency going forward. Really disappointed that our families spent combined over 60K on this trip and we would have had a better experience on a 3 star cruise like carnival or a 5 star Mexican resort. Truly disappointed.  too much $$ spent on such a 1 Star travel experience.  I hope my parents (who celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary) are not as disappointed.  Regards  John Zagala Cell (416) 276

Love the Ports of call by stephmrb

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Norwegian Epic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

The Cruise was great and staff was friendly. The ship was clean with some activities for everyone. Not the fun ship but my overall experience was great. My very first cruise in the early 80’s was with NCL, had a great time then but one was even better. I would definitely cruise with NCL again.

Wonderful Mediterranean Cruise by haritio876

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Koningsdam / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

Great trip to see lots of ancient ruins. And traveling by cruise ship made the experience very easy and comfortable. The staff was excellent, and food was good, and the ship provided plenty to do while aboard. I would recommend this cruise.

Great European Cruise by dhenshaw

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Koningsdam / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

The cruise was great and filled with many positive experiences and features. I'd recommend and would do another. The only improvement would be to adjust the Drink package to be positive for both the customer and Holland. The $11 cut off should result in a pay the difference event, not pay 100%.

Most Unsafe and chaotic cruise so far by cesarrtz

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Musica / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

This MSC Musica cruise was just a chaotic cruise. You even fear for your own live at some points during the offshore excursions. No life vest, no paved roads, rough seas that were not mentioned about, and a culture of disorganization that blinded any positive experience. Unplanned, late every day including the departure day, and last minute changes were always the tendency in this ship. Not worth the money.

Nothing extra to add that I didn't already include above. Overall, this was a great family experience. We will definitely sail NCL again and have also bought some CruiseNext deposits.

Whirlwind Cruise by Tiachula

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Epic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

It was a experience, albeit a whirlwind. Although the ship is in port almost 12 hours a day in most places, the actual excursion cities are quite a distance from the port (except Barcelona) giving you less time than you think to explore. Nevertheless, you will undoubtedly have an amazing experience and visit iconic and often once in a lifetime sites.

Mediterranean/Aegean Sea Vacation by debsmith919

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Jade / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

Jade was all about the money. They said to stay hydrated and wanted to sell water. Did not provide any useful information for those that did not take one of their expensive excursions. Said we could meet with someone ashore for info and map-mostly no one there. Too crowded ship...not friendly to meet people.

A Great Cruise by ccoombe

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

Overall, we had a great time. As expected, some of the ports of call were not that exciting but we spent a half day exploring them and the rest of the day enjoying the pools.

Good Mediterranean cruise by Shelliburns323

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Epic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

The cruise was a great way to see lots of different cities. The food is better than most all inclusive we’ve been too. It didn’t feel crowded except the day at sea when everyone was on board all day. Chairs were harder to find unless you get up early.

Good family experience by Exploringfamily

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Veendam / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

It was long enough to relax and enjoy. There were enough ports we had to pace our activities to avoid being overwhelmed and that worked out. Fantastic staff and felt welcomed by all from ave 4 to 70.

Everything went well with the cruise. I'm having trouble redeeming the bonus offers that were listed when we booked the cruise.

Great Cruise, Excellent Service, Some very nice places to see, although some were very far from the ship by 3Mark

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Constellation / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

Our cruise was very enjoyable. It was second best to our Greek Islands cruise a couple years ago. The biggest difference was the lovely ports that we stopped at in the Greek Isles versus some of the horrid industrial ports that we docked at on this cruise. On two occasions we had to pay ($15 and $12) just to get the shuttle from the industrial port to the town. Celebrity explained that it was the port collecting the money and not the cruise line. I cannot image which cheapskate at Celebrity made that decision. Considering the cost of the cruise I would never expect my clients to pay these shuttle expenses. I like Celebrity very much. We've done three cruises with them over the past few years. It's a shame that they place such a high priority on getting every cent out of their clients that they possibly can. As a former executive of a Fortune 100 company, I can say that there is no way that I'd ever dump my clients at some horrid industrial port miles from the city and then expect them to pay for the shuttle to town. A shameful decision.

Rome to Venice by tomgwaltney

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Celebrity Infinity / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

We really enjoyed our trip but ship is a little dated and 2 of the stops were lacking. The Tuscan Grill specialty restaurant was the worst meal of the cruise. Service was mostly good. Fact that you have to present your card every time you did anything was very annoying.
