Good cruise. Food and service were very good. Internet access was very expensive as were the shore excursions. Ship entertainment was only OK.

Beautiful HUGE ship. The ports were AMAZING!

The ship is beautiful! Great art throughout, well designed with excellent signage to help you get around.

We were recently on the Celebrity Equinox. The ship was beautiful, the staff was courteous, the rooms were spotless and spacious and the food was superb. The entertainment was great, there was plenty of entertainment all day and evening, and the cruise tours were well-planned,interesting, and extremely educating. The guides were excellent. I have a food allergy and the dining room staff went out of their way to accommodate with delicious meals prepared specially for me. I was extremely impressed. I cannot say enough about the staff. They worked very hard round the clock to make our cruising experience a wonderful time. If you've never cruised before, or are looking for a great ship and cruise line, definitely consider Celebrity and the Equinox.

We were quite please with the overall experience on the Equinox. We felt the lay out and size of the ship made it feel very comfortable for getting to differant locations onboard. Services were all wonderful

Just the right size for comfort and cruising stability, and only about 600 passengers (no crowds). We have taken over 30 cruises and we must say tha this was one of our very best experiences.

Great trip. Really big ship. I liked the pool, but the track needed some more sceanary.

My husband and I went on this cruise as a romantic getaway; but that is not what we got. The \"adult\" solarium still had children in it running around and screaming. They were jumping in the pool and the hot tub, 1 with a leaky diaper on. Seeing the baby with a leaky diaper in the hot tub turned us off from every using the facilities. The \"adult\" only area was not enforced, so my husband and I spent our holiday surrounded by chios. The dinner staff was wonderful and entertaining. The staff of the ship was delightful, they knew our names and remembered us even with 3400 passengers. There was a lot to do and it was all included in the initial price. Most activities got cancelled, like the scavenger hunts, because not enough people showed. The theme parties we were expecting and packed costumes for never occured (toga party and pirate theme night).

This was my first cruise and I can't wait to book my next one. I will definitely choose Norwegian again.

We were all very disappointed with the cruise. Everything was so expensive and everything cost money. This was our first cruise and it was not what we expected. To start, the first picture taking was 40.00 Euros just ridiculous. Then, we tried to purchase the all inclusive package for alcoholic beverages for my boyfriend and I and they told us we needed to have a minimum of 5 and that was an argument. Well, we were only 3 (my boyfriend, my mother and I). Then, they told us that we could do it, however all 3 will have to do it. Well, my mom doesnt drink so only my boyfriend was able to benefit from that offer. Also, we werent aware there is a charge of 7.00 Euros to clean the room per person, that should have all been included in the price of cruise. Internet was 10.00 Euros per hour!!! And the phone was 8.00 per minute. Outraging. Many many times we tried to contact the front desk and they wouldnt pick up the phone. We purchased an excursion in Croatia. The newsletter we receive everyday confirmed no passport was required. After we left the ship, got into the little boats to get to the port, then got in the bus the guide person said we needed passports so half of the bus had to get out, walk on foot to the port, catch the little boats, go to the cruise ship and get our passports. At that time there was so many people on the ship trying to get out the ship actually went to the port and we all went out. That fiasco took over 1.5 hours. Obviously, we missed the excursion and after waiting 20 minutes calling the front desk to make sure they didnt charge that excursion to us, the receptionist said we needed to have the tickets and turn them in. When I told him I didnt know if we still had them he said find them. Luckily we did and turn the in and got reimbursed, however, how the receptionist handle the call was far from professional. The food in the main seating area was great. We both wished we booked it for a longer time, had a fantastic time.

I was impressed overall with the service in the ship. Everyone starting from room attendant and to waiters serving our tables really care about providing excellent service! The dining experience both in main restaurants and in buffet style cafe's was excellent. I liked the toors as well.

The best cruise we have ever taken. Stuff is helpful, knowledgeable, smiling and happy. Food is done to perfection! We usually do the \"specialty\" restaurants after 2-3rd day at sea but this time we decided to stay with the regular fare. Immaculately clean all over - this ship deserves 15 stars out of 10!

This was our first Royal Caribbean and first Mediterranean cruise. We had been on Carnival before, but only in the Caribbean. Our first stop upon embarking on LOS was at Windjammer/Jade Buffet. My first impression was, "This is much more intimate and classier than Carnival!" However, upon sampling the buffet fare on a fairly regular basis, we were soon disappointed as the selection was quite limited and unimpressive. There were many stations, but the food was repeated throughout the stations. There was a little of everything...Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Vegetarian, American, but nothing tasted fresh. The Chinese food was often over-salted. Japanese fare consisted of the same makis evening after evening. Burgers looked and tasted like they were steamed. Carnival was far supreme in both the buffet and dining room offerings, as they offered freshly grilled burgers/ hot dogs, limited but freshly made sushi, sandwiches and wraps were made to order, fried fare, such as fish and chips were made to order. Chinese stir-fry was done teppanyaki style so it was always fresh and hot. The dining room fare was better, but not by much. The grand decor and friendly staff did make up for the lacklustre food. The best dishes were the giant shrimp and scallop entrees. Lobster was available, but at any an additional charge of $20+. Though the food was by far a disappointment, I LOVED our cabins. We stayed in the Promenade rooms which overlooked the Royal Promenade. From the comforts our sitting area, we were able to watch the busy activity of people shopping, dining, drinking and having a great time. Our party of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 young kids) booked 3 cabins which was the best decision we made. The 3 rooms cost the same as 2 interior rooms as we got a resident special so definitely be sure to look out for specials. Canadians also qualify for residency discounts. FOOD: Dull knives cut jello but little else; Fish, pork, chicken and beef were all overcooked; Whole wheat breads were not available; There were no tables for two by the windows in the Sapphire dining room; Pastries, bagels and croissants, rolls, breads seemed like they were commercially bulk packaged weeks ago; Offer late night lighter fare such as omelets and soup; Provide blueberries and strawberries and smoked salmon for breakfast in The Marketplace; Chateaubriand and other steaks are not meant to be sliced 1/4\" thick and nuked separately. Ugh.; Train wait staff to know the difference between chicken leg and duck consomme - know what the customer ordered and double check what kitchen delivered before placing on table; OTHER: Explain why we left an hour early from Rome and other unexplained arrival and departure changes; Turn on WiFi more frequently and for longer periods; Extend wireless to cabins; Salerno - better organized exit for customers with and without excursion, more knowledgeable staff re transportation to Capri - conflicting directions; Be nicer and more helpful to guests who want to make their own port adventure and not take an excursion; Venice - Make alternative transportation and direction arrangements when People Mover is down; Taormina - provide walking maps; Clinic should know what otc medications and supplies the gift shop carries

Small ship over ten years old. The main dinning room was only two stories in part. The acoustics in the theater were miserable. The food program needs upgrading.
