Nice cruise and itinerary. The only problem is the shore excursion have too many people and it is hard to hear the tour guide, even with the earphones. I would have liked more shopping in Jerusalem instead of them insisting that we shop in a wood store. I don’t want any wood managers. 🙄

The Viking Sky has helped me learned more about Greece and the great Greek cultural history. I wish the modern architectural technics would rebuild their glories. After the visit of Ephesus, Turkey, I also picked up the impact of Silk road that had brought in the Eastern and Western culture together.

Every moment on the ship was wonderful. The layout of the ship allows you to wander without crowds but is intimate enough to get to know your fellow travelers.

Loved the free drinks at meals and no charges for specialty dining. All excursions were really good. First time on Viking for us.

Beautiful ship, wonderful staff, great new friends made! I think I learned more than anything else that especially in larger ports like Athens to spend less money on hop on hop off busses rather than the excursions.

Es un Barco mediano y Viejo, creo que por eso el precio tan atractivo de cuatrocientos cincuenta por la semana con bebidas e internet. Si requiere una renovación en general. El personal amable en general, solo los bartenders muy lentos y perezozos. Las comidas nada espectaculares ni sus sabores ni su variedad, solo la cena diaria de gala hace honor, por eso No hay que perdersela. Los shows amenizan y estan bien. Hay mucho ambiente en los bares por la gente y los animadores, un gran punto a favor. Lo malo fue la ruta pues de 7 noches fueron 2 dias de mar y solo 4 paradas, y la ultima Split estaba lloviendo imposible bajar, además de que anochecía muy pronto, mala fecha para tomar en cuenta. Lo mas malo de Todo es que llego y Desembarco tarde 2 horas despues y nos creo un caos por la perdida de aviones. Aprender que no se puede confiar como en Florida que vas directo al aeropuerto, pues tienen los tiempos muy ajustados y por un Temporal en la mar no llegan a tiempo¡¡¡

It was very well done, great ship, excellent personnel, very smooth sailing. Loved my cabin, and especially the balcony. Great shore excursions and excellent food. Getting 5 at sea and the ability to prepay meant that I left the ship with a bill of $6.36. Made me feel I was at an all-inclusive. No surprises. Other than the rug I was forced to buy I was able to keep within my budget for shopping and was so encouraged that I participated in the cruise next program. I was very impressed with the clientele loyalty. I have been on several different ships but never heard the brand loyalty that I heard until this cruise.

Overall enjoyed the cruise, would definitely do some things different if I ever went back.

This was our first experience with MSC and it was so positive, that we will definately consider for our future travels soon. Quite a value. Only other suggestion would make is to provide local maps of areas

Overall and excellent cruise...and...the ship only had about 250-260 passengers out of a full 600+, so it was almost like a private yacht....

The cruise was wonderful, the food delicious and plentiful, and overall it was a great experience. There was a rocky start because of an issue regarding kosher food, but we were impressed by how quickly the cruise staff solved the problem. We enjoyed our time on the ship. We took this cruise with our parents and siblings. We also recommended it to friends and ended up with a whole bus going on the cruise from our neighborhood. It was very enjoyable for all of us. We are already planning our next one! If the price remains competitive and kosher food is included, Royal Caribbean will have repeat customers!

Excellent itinerary. Santorini was magnificent. The history in these ports is exceptional Jerusalem, Ephesus, Athens, Cyprus etc

As the saying goes "you get what you pay for" Silverseas is a "luxury" line and you pay for it. That said you are treated like royalty. They go out of their way to provide whatever you ask for. There is no nickel and diming. No up charges. Everything is included except Spa treatments.

The ship is a little bit old, but all the program and system are good enough for vacation. Thanks to animation team, my son could have a wonderful first cruise experience and he would like to take cruise again.

Azamara sells their itineraries and time in port, but we didn't see anything special along these lines on this itinerary. Everywhere we went there were other giant cruise ships i.e. no places that only Azamara goes. And, despite some of the ports being known for great dining and late-night experiences, there were no overnight stays. Also, the excursion options are limited, so that's another disappointment for a cruise line that highlights the in-port experience. Since on-board entertainment and activities are limited, this seems like the kind of cruise that caters to the retired set. We were hoping to get an intimate exposure to the Greek Isles, but most of the ports seem to be very touristy and commercial. Our best experiences were the third-party excursions we booked.

Loved every minute of the cruise, specifically Shows and food in Windjammer & Minstrel. Want to say thank you to my waiters GERAMAR & LUIS. Loved Brilliance of the Seas Orchestra, and girls (Sensation Duo, Arina & Veronika).

This trip was a big bucket item. Visiting the Holy land was a top priority, and it was awesome. Would like to return & spend some more time. It all goes very quickly. Each stop was amazing, and we enjoyed every port. There was 6 of us and we created alot of family memories.

With the exception of the spa staff, in my opinion, everyone on this ship is trying to give you a really great experience despite some of the mechanical issues and tired appearances of some of the areas (cabin drawers, closets, uncomfortable beds, etc.). Ravenna should NOT be a port for cruise ships, but at minimum should not be considered Venice unless Royal Carribean plans to include transfers from Venice to Ravenna. Overall, we had a great time but I wish I would've known many of the things I pointed out in this review.

Cruise was booked before covid. Could not get a refund from Norwegian. Cost twice as much when we did go. Did not receive any of the promises for later travel.
