Have always loved cuising with Princess but there is room for improvement. Discovery is bigger but not better. Get the feeling that more rooms were added for more $$ Medallion System needs to have kinks worked out. Doesn't work in real time. Unable to locate shipmates in real time. Difficult to track purchases from day to day. Not always uploaded in a timely manner.

We always wanted to do this California Coastal, but wish it was a little longer and visited Catalina or Seattle. The ports were nice and interesting.

It was nice to get away. There was allot of activity for families with little kids over Easter weekend. Would not go back on that old tired ship.

We been to close to 30 cruises but never been on a Princess ship. I highly recommend this ship because of the outstanding friendly and attentive staff who works as a team!!Princess calls them “ teammates” rather than “ crew members “ and one can feel the positive vibe on this ship. I also appreciated that Princess offers a venue for Good Friday, Easter Sunday services plus daily Bible Study. Thank you Princess!

My overview of the cruise is that it was adequate for what it was. It was relaxing much of the time but we walked a long way on the ship from one end to the other many times with our canes (My walker wasn't a viable choice as there was not enough room to negotiate the hallways because of the ever present room service carts). Actually had nothing to do with "Wine Country" that I could see. Won't do the cruise again.

Overall best cruise experience in quite a while. We have Elite Status with another cruise line, but may make this our new first choice. Since Hubby is handicapped and in his mid 90's, we are limited in what we can do, on and off the ship. So having a friendly and relaxing experience on the ship is what we most need. This cruise did not disappoint.

Horrible embarkation, they changed dock and didn’t send us any updates, also the ship had missing rat protection on some ropes

We enjoyed every aspect of the cruise and will recommend it to family and friends!! Great way to see part of California and Mexico!!!

Loved the beautiful ship - dining not so great. Weather was crummy, but still had a wonderful time. Thank goodness for stabilizers! Ship was very smooth in spite of very rough seas. Great Captain kept us safe.

It was relaxing .Loved the desserts and high tea at 3'clock in Skaggway dining room ..Loved the variety of food options on board and clean ship. The people that worked on the ship could be a little bit more friendly...The workers seemed over worked..The entertainment could have been better..Didn't get to see the comedian with my husband because the Princess Theater wasn't used to have guest, that wanted to see the show.. A small bar area was used..😥😵

We had a blast seeing these great shows playing quizzes eating fine meals and playing pickleball outside on Deck 16!

The service was stellar outside of a few issues with a cranky maitre’d. Our Wait Staff and Stewards were incredible. We preferred the deck eateries to the fine dining.

This was the best funniest cruise I have ever been on for my birthday November 23rd

Very nice experience for my very first cruise. Too bad it was almost winter and I couldn't enjoy swimming pools and more outdoors time. But even being indoors was definitely super fun.

The spa was way too small. The enclave was over crowded. Not worth a visit to the spa. The retreat is for people without children

We booked this cruise for our honeymoon. We are 27 and 28 years old. The cruise was mostly empty and the people that did show up were 60-80 years old. So we didn’t really have the vacation vibe we were expecting. However we absolutely loved our waitstaff and room.

So disorganized. Not typical for Holland America. Try a different ship.

Poor weather prohibited us from going ashore except for San Francisco. The food, entertainment, and fellow passengers were all wonderful!
