We ONLY cruise with NCL and have never had a bad trip. Didn't enjoy this sailing, but it was my fault, traveling when schools were out. The fact that 3rd and 4th pax traveled free, brought more families out. Wish the Haven was 18 and over, or maybe NCL could offer adult only sailings i.e. Virgin cruise line. When you pay a higher fare,you expect it to be relaxing. Again, it was probably my fault for booking during school break times. Maybe if we choose a smaller ship (still NCL) with fewer amenities,slides, racetrack, less kids won't want to go, save the big ships for them. I don't want to quit sailing and definitely don't want to give up NCL.

I was disappointed in this cruise. I have cruised RCCL multiple times before. I felt the quality of this cruise was lacking in many ways.

My whole family went on a cruise for Christmas instead of exchanging presents and I was not disappointed! This was the first time that we cruised with Royal Caribbean and it was excellent!! The staff and service were top notch and it was one of mine and my husband's favorite part about the entire trip. They did an amazing job with customer service and entertainment. We hope to go on another RC cruise soon!!

For the first time doing a cruise it was not bad. Stuff was friendly and professional. The flag parade was missing the German flag. Russia was not mentioned at all, even so we know there was a bartender from Russia. Very nice guy and he was not involved in the war. A shame not to mention him.

Fun times on the ship but a bust when it came to the cancelled stops with very little in the way of compensation.

I have been Cruising since 1997. Since my first Cruise on the RCCL Monarch of the Seas, Celebrity (owned by RCCL) has been portrayed as the ultimate in Luxury Cruising for Service and Experience. My experience for this cruise is that it isn't much different than any other Cruise Line I have been on.

Overall, the the cruise was good. The only issue is we do not have any drinking water in the cabin. We need to bring water back and forth from the deck 5.

We had a great time on the cruise! The service was great and the food was excellent!

Overall we enjoyed our cruise. The ship needed some updates and there needs to be a better system for embarking and disembarking the ship!!

Good holiday cruise with great ports of call. The Norwegian unlimited beverage package has limitations on the drinks you can get and NCL entertainment is a little pricey compared to other cruise lines. Embarkation was long and we had priority. The staff is knowledgeable and provided good service.

Overall very good, but very disappointed with the food, especially the buffets. I would only eat at the specialty restaurants next time I cruise. Plenty of Entertaiment and shows and things to do on the ship. Service was excellent by all ship personnel. I wish there was not charge for the behind the scenes tour of the ship.

Good cruise, but do not expect much on food choice and portion size. Staff is friendly and courteous as expected. Hopefully, Royal Caribbean will get back to focusing on food service after the latest push to build more gigantic cruise ships.

Great cruise for the price. For the size of ship it was bad.

Main dining room was great, waiter Michael and assistant waiter Issam were very friendly, excellent services, and they looked very happy and enjoying their jobs. (table 426) The connection of free wi-fi wasn't good, we had 5 families on this trip, the poor wi-fi made the commination very difficult.

Always enjoy NCL cruises. This one did not disappoint.

Getting on and off the ship was very unorganized. Service on the ship was lacking not enough help! Specialty dinning food was under cooked to my liking even after sending steak back and it still came back rare not medium well! Didn’t eat it and I wasn’t even offered any refund! Very disappointed with lack of service at the bars waited sometimes for up to 15 minutes to order a drink!

The theme of this cruise was confusion. From day one they changed out ports, they swapped Cozumel and Costa Maya days, then limited us to only 6 hours in Costa Maya starting at 6AM! The ship layout is so confusing, and is based on a lot of smaller venues instead of fewer larger venues. The drinks were not the same bar to bar, or even bartender to bartender. Do yourself a favor and find Bong in the Metropolitan sooner rather than later. Food was average, room service breakfast was cold and bland and often missing items.
