This was our first family trip and it was amazing! We all had a great time and are looking forward to the next one!

The overcrowded ship, poor food, underwhelming cleanliness of the ship was tolerable due to the great attitude and service of the workers .

Fun, relaxing cruise. I thought the food was average to a little bit above average. I really enjoyed the entertainment in the Theatre each night and also the activities. The days at sea are nice and relaxing.

Not a bad time for our honeymoon cruise. I’ll try a couple more cruise lines before I find a favorite. 3.5/5 stars.

The ship is beautiful but the bar service was way too slow. At times we had to wait over 30 minutes for the elevators.

Very attractive ship with nice cabins and public areas. Service was average to poor. Very hard to get to anyone who would help correct problems. Forget about trying the phone. Food was not very good in main dining rooms and service was poor and servings were small. One of worst cruises we have been on from a service standpoint. Glad they had a nonsmoking casino! Entertainment was overbooked. However bars were plentiful and well stocked and serviced. Offering two free specialty restaurant when you can’t get in is a big disappointment

After 19 cruises, 1st on Norwegian One word to describe this cruise “horrible”

The entire experience was a chaotic mess. The computer system at Miami port went down. We spent 1.5 hours in line not moving. Other cruise lines has back up systems in place and kept moving the crowd, but MSC floundered. It was a free-for-all. On the ship staff barely spoke English, no one knew what they were doing because they were all new to working on this ship (1 week - 3 months experience). They were all polite, despite rude and upset customers. But they were clearly and reasonably unhappy. Tables were often dirty, only a quick wipe down not even disinfected. Never saw blenders washed out. Food in the main dining was almost always lukewarm or cold. Food was very basic. The buffet was always the same food and lukewarm. Speciality dining was fantastic! We had problems scheduling anything. They messed up the speciality dining we reserved, almost didn't get our reservation. Didn't get the champagne and chocolate strawberries we paid for for a couple of days and after multiple complaints. All of the doors for the cabins in our hallway malfunctioned one day and no one could access their rooms. The sports lounge speakers were so quiet no one could hear the games. No one told us where to meet for our excursion in Honduras, just meet on the "pier." Outdoor hot tubs were lukewarm. Very disorganized, very inadequate. Carnival was cheaper and would have been a better experience from what experiences sailors told us. The only positive were our excursions through and the cabin has a fantastic layout.

This is a wonderful itinerary on a wonderful ship. Just cannot say enough about how wonderful All of the members of Celebrity were. 5 Stars All the way.

Upon embarking, o regard for the people. We had Diamond status and they didn’t care…We waited in line for hours.

Had a fantastic time drinking and having fun in the sun.

This was our first trip with Carnival and second cruise in the past 15 years. We loved traveling with our older children it had something for everyone. We loved the small ship as we got to know everyone and it was easy to find our family members if we got separated. We didn't use internet for the whole week and you didn't need it. There was so much to do and it was incredible. Time of my life!

This was a disappointing experience. I expected crowds because of the holiday, I did not expect the operations of the ship to be so inadequate at dealing with the volume of people. I had to go to guest services to have offers added to my account that according to Royal Caribbean were going to be automatically applied. In addition to that, a reward wasn't added and I'm now being told that my sailing didn't qualify for the reward even though I have confirmation that it was to be added to my on board account. The entire experience has sadly been largely disappointing.

We had a fantastic time with family for this Christmas cruise. All was as expected on a cruise...except the dinner service. We enjoyed the shops both onboard and in the ports, the spa, and the overall experience. Our room steward was outstanding! However, other cruise lines have had better service, so we may be using a different cruise line in the future.

Cruise fell short of our expectations, being rather average. Let's delve into the specifics: Room: They were exceptional, Kerry maintained them immaculately. Windjammer: Disappointingly small with limited food variety and frequent unavailability of options. Closed by 6-6:30 pm, with stalls shutting down as early as 5:45 pm, inconveniencing many who resorted to the pizza on 5th-floor. Food Availability: Lack of late-night options like pizzas, burgers, and fries—unlike other cruises. The inconvenience of having pizza only on the 5th floor was notable. It should been on 11th floor. Coffee and Tea Stations: Scarce post-8 pm, with only one station on the 5th floor. Waiting Times: Excessive wait times (20-30 mins) for items like Naan ad curries due to limited stalls, despite a significant Indian guest count. Pineapple Quality: Initially good, but deteriorated after the first two days, turning bitter due to unripeness. Omelet Station: Only one station for 3,000 guests, leading to extensive waits (30-40 mins) and inefficient service. You should get rid of buzer service and make is self served Hot Tubs: Closing at 6-7 pm was disappointing, especially for vacationers who enjoy them late. Should have been open till midnight as seen on other cruises. Arctic Zone: Single station, causing long queues for ice cream where some small kids geeting irritated standing in a line for 20 + mins and closing early at 6:00 pm, an uncommon setup that could have been self-service like other cruises. Food Variety: Limited variety felt like eating McDonald's everyday and occasionally subpar Indian and other options. Main Dining: A positive experience thanks to exceptional service from Harendra and Josephine, exceeding expectations with top-notch quality and care. They deserve a perfect score of 100 out of 10

Our first time traveling a Christmas cruise and we enjoyed it a lot. Waters were calm which was a plus. Thank you!

Everything about this cruise was amazing. Considering it is a new ship and I was one of the first passengers to be on it, everyone worked so well together it seemed as if they had all been together for years!!
