Caribbean - Western Cruise Reviews

This was my first cruise so I have nothing to compare it to. However -- while the level of service from employees and cleanliness of the shop was outstanding-- the cruise itself was a huge disappointment resembling nothing so much as an interminable week long stay at an airport. I think I'll just keep on with my self-guided, self planned travel. (Also how could this app possibly calculate my overall rating as a 4.5???? It's more like a 3.0)

Not sure if I will do another MSC cruise, the ship was nice and I loved where we went but there are things that need to be looked at. I may try them again in a year or so just to see if things have changed.

There should be an MSC help desk outside ship at debarkation and all ports. We confirmed thru excursion desk of transfer to airport after cruise but has to REPAY for transfer bc they didn't have our names and NO ONE TO HELP.

Other than rough seas causing ship to sway, was a great trip. Disappointing was not being able to go to Costa Maya and then the red flag for the beaches in Cozumel.

Generally, wonder of the seas is very big hug…. Everything else are Good & Perfect. I’ll come back again on this ship or Icon of the seas in EUROPE 2026

We always cruise on Royal Caribbean and are always thankful and happy with there ships and service.

R/C has lowered their food standards. Apparently making money is more important than pleasing cruisers. Sauna and steam used to be free, now charge $149 per person, ridiculous.

vacation was great being on the Wonder OTS. Food and drink was excellent. service was really good. entertainment was not up to par.

Highly recommend Royal Caribbean. We were not happy with the Voom package and wound up getting a refund.

Overall, we loved this boat and sailing out of Galveston. We would sail with Royal again but would choose different ports as these weren't our favorite. The ship itself and staff were top notch.

Over all the cruise was very good. I think I will cruise a different cruise next time. They need to check the duct work for mold.

Wonderous ship. Could not have improved a thing. Entertainment, service, ship design and cleanliness were outstanding. Really liked the adult solarium: spacious, quiet.

Cruise was amazing. Only issues were the purse snatching at the terminal and one issue with client services.

This was a second time being on the Voyager of the Seas. We love it. Ship has everything you can imagine, and the service is the greatest.

About 98% of the population was not from America but they were extremely rude. The cruise staff was very nice. The cruise would have a procedure for every event but would never follow it. So everything was unorganized
