Very nice ship we have been on this ship 4 times already.going again this year

A real nice cruise with great food. Ice skating show is awesome

It was fine but not up to our expectations after such a long wait. The last minute changes were very frustrating. Once was understandable but none of the itinerary changes were explained and other RC ships were still going to those ports at those times. We booked this as a 4 stop cruise and ended up with 2 and a half. Very disappointing but at least we got to sail somewhere after it being cancelled twice.

This wasn't the experience I was expecting from Royal Caribbean. Not a crew issue but certainly a management issue by overbooking while short staffed. Yes I know staffing is very difficult but the price I payed was for a usual RCCL experience. We did not get it. Ship needs to be refurbished.

This is our second Carnival try and we went on for the kids - it was their choice. They were a little disappointed with the slim activities. Also shows aren’t geared to them , not one. We love cruising so we had many positive moments aside from our “cons”. The food on Carnival is a huge deterrent for us. They do need to get better ventilation in the casino or make a non smoking. We love to go but the cigarette is so bad we just were showering after each visit and had to clean our clothes. Also, it would be nice to see more tween and teen based activities and shows. Overall it was a nice cruise and poor or okay food is better than cooking ourselves. There was not a lot of attention to Covid. There were shared condiment bottles, no wiping going on, even peanut butter in a bowl open with a reused spoon. It was icky. No one masked in common areas . We did at shows and in crowded places but no one else did. We did so in transit . Kids came home with Covid so it was definitely from the ship.

I enjoyed the cruise and the ship however I prefer the smaller Carnival ships I feel the attention is more personalized. Horizon and Vista (which I have been on) kind of reminds me of the old airline Peoples Express, meaning no frills....elegant night there were not table cloths on the tables, It seemed that the dining room felt more like a mess hall than a festive occasion, too much hustle and bustle with the servers and the dinner felt rushed.

Cruise Director Eddy Jenkins and Activities Director Peter Jenkins were AWESOME. They teamed up for almost all activities and were so entertaining and funny.

We like the 11 night cruises. It was fun, relaxing, and nice to be pampered.

Loved all the music provided on this cruise. Lovely service. Thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable.

We love the Caribbean for the warm weather-- we do excursions on each stop- but honestly for us-- the islands are all pretty much the same. Each one will have a BEST EXCURSION- so repeats to each island can be challenging. We haven't done the beaches, so perhaps it's time to start on repeat ports for us. NCL does very well with the excursions and choices.

Very good overall experience. Entertainment lacking

This was my third cruise on Royal Caribbean and the second from San Juan. It was a very disappointment experience this time.

Delightful ports and the best crew in the business made up for a small, somewhat boring ship and a sadly outdated stateroom.

The Horizon was very nice, we'll go on this one again.

We had an incredible time on this trip and enjoyed literally every minute! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Carnival Horizon and this route.....very fun!

So worth waiting for. Our first cruise at age 70. Our travel agent, Peg Mellon, guided us all the way. We are so thrilled with our experience, that we will be scheduling a late summer cruise to Alaska in 2023 and hopefully schedule another to Hawaii for our 50th anniversary in 2024.

Anyone that wants to do ABC islands (did not do Belieze, did Grand Cayman) I highly recommend.

If you like hair and plastic in your food this is the cruise line for you. Told us we were eligible for premium drinks then denied.

This cruise was terrific!! We loved the 2 days at sea on each side of getting to Aruba. - it was perfect
