Hair and plastic in your food is definitely a big NO. Still, it's not a rule with Celebrity that mostly provides great service and food (at least pre-Covid). We had 3 great cruises, two 14 day sailings and a 7-day cruise. Each was wonderful in every aspect.

Sorry you had issues, would have liked a bit more info on why you have the individual ratings. Didn’t your TA and/or the cruiseline explicitly state in paperwork or on their booking on their app what was included in your package?
