Wonderful time on Alaska cruise. Holland America certainly knows how to make the best of Alaska.

would not recommend to book this cruise unless you have no better choices or a really good price

Not Happy with the cruise - They canceled our main excursion to Skegway which we were looking forward to and the trip to British Columbia Canada was canceled the ship did not dock - Very unhappy customer - We won't be sailing with them again. We paid for a full cruise and missing one of the destinations we paid for a lot of customers were very unhappy. No compensation or credit was offered to us by the criuse line. I can't rate this cruise as what we paid for we never got disappointing

The Cruise was extremely disappointing. The best port skagway was cancelled right before the trip. ENDICOTT ARM & DAWES GLACIER was cancelled. Victoria was cancelled. So I guess I don't need to say more. This was the second time we went with Royal Caribbean and will be the last time. We supposed to bring 3 more familes with us on this cruise and are glad that we didn't.

The Ship was nice and the crew friendly - but it felt a bit like a bait and switch. This was a first cruise after nearly 40 years of marriage. We were supposed to dock at Skagway and take a RR excusion into the mountains - Royal cancelled it 2 weeks before sailing and we docked at some tourist trap called Icy Straits instead. We were then supposed to sail up to Dawes glacier on the inner coastal, Royal cancelled it that very day on the way. We were then supposed to dock and enjoy a day in Canada, Royal cancelled it that very day as well. 3 of our days' vacation plans were cancelled due to these decisions. We were refunded for our RR trip but if we cruise again, we'll try another line.

Incredible scenery and great food and beer at the different ports. Getting through the airport and port in Vancouver tested every once of patience due to log jam of people through customs and security.

Over all this is a great cruise and well worth the cost. I will recommend this cruise to other but warn them about the last two ports and help them plan better.

The food was disappointing in the main dining room and worse at the buffet.

Alaska was AMAZING!! Literally breathtaking! Definitely going back but on a longer cruise. We felt that there just wasn’t enough time in the ports. Would definitely try a different ship.

We enjoyed the relaxing pace and beautiful weather and scenery. The food was delicious! Entertainment was all very good! We enjoyed all the shows!

Very pleasant ship and cruise experience. I Would have appreciated more self service availability in the buffet but it each to their own opinion. Food quality was good and desserts better than on many ships. Not just pretty to look at but taste great. On a smaller ship the entertainment was still good but limited.

Holland America is the line to go to Alaska. The food was excellent, the staff exceptional. Enjoyed this cruise very much and will go again in the future.

This was our first time on Holland and we really enjoyed the experience.

We expected rain and cold and we had 7 days of sun shine and mild weather with lots of wildlife and snow capped mountains to see. Every crew member was pleasant and we would do this trip again.

For Alaska, it needs a better itinerary; more hours in cities so we can explore more. Too much times were spent on the cruise while there were thousands of people with lots of traffic in the elevators. Most of all, any medication we can get from the shelves at CVS, Walgreens and etc, needs to be available either in the markets for customers to purchase or for free as a First Aid Kit. I believe, the First Aid Kit is an essential item on the cruise like this. Either way, customers DO NOT need to pay over a hundred dollars($119.00) just to get the Tylenol. Customer also don't need a lecture from the front desk as if she knows my body and my condition better than I know myself. It was unprofessional with too much sales pitch.

Will absolutely go again! Great weather, great cruise, great people, great time!
