Much needed getaway

February 2018 - 7 Night Western Caribbean (Galveston Roundtrip) Cruise on Carnival Freedom
My first time on the Freedom. I definitely loved this ship. The staff was amazing. We chose an interior cabin this time. It was on deck 2 at the very front of the ship. Every so often you can hear a wave hit the boat, but it was a very nice room. Only downside is if you want to watch a little tv before you go to sleep one of the beds is in an area that you can see the tv. It was fine for me. I took that bed and slept like a baby. Mom had the bed with the tv because she always watches tv before she sleeps. So it worked out for us. The best part was being real close to the gangway on port days. We were always one of the first few off. The food and shows were great. No complaints there. Our overall cruise was a definite 10.

My Fourth Cruise, my fourth ship
My trip was not any different then the last . I loved the Valor. There was only 1 issue that we had, but not a reason to stop cruising. My group of 7 waited for over an hour and a half in the dining room, and the wait staff seemed they were bothered. That was the only time we ate in the dining room. But everything else was amazing..

My first time on the Freedom. I definitely loved this ship. The staff was amazing. We chose an interior cabin this time. It was on deck 2 at the very front of the ship. It’s a great ship
Juneau is an amazing place to visit. We just walked around taking in the scenery, shopping, and lunch.
Loved Ketchican. We took a guided fishing excursion. They shipped our catch home for us.
Vancouver (Canada Place), British Columbia
We flew in the evening before the cruise. We ventured out to see some of the sights around the hotel, but it was late by the time we got through the airport so we were to exhausted to do much.
It was so beautiful.

We rented a car for the day and traveled to emerald lake. Saw a lot of waterfalls, and all kinds of wildlife. It was amazing.
Never did like Belize. But I finally ventured out and did the party bus. Had an amazing time.
Loved it. My first trip to Costa Maya. We rented the golf carts. Had so much fun.
Carnival Dream
Enjoy the Dream. The staff was amazing. There were a lot of table hoarding, but people were very respectful of each other
Took an excursion tour to Merida. Wasn’t impressed at all. The locals were very rude. Next time I will stay in progreso.
