It is worth taking an excursion for a full day and if you have time, go back by taxi to see more or the places you loved

Long beach felt like I was just killing time for my flight. Next time, I will just transfer to the airport at an earlier time.

Was able to visit my son who is in the Coast Guard and stationed there. Also took a tour of the USS Iowa, lots of ladders but very interesting.

Roads are being torn up and rerouted and it was very difficult even with a GPS to find the ship. It took 15 minutes to get through the gate into the parking lot.
