We stayed at a nearby Best Western, which had a complementary shuttle to the cruise terminal.

Stood out in the rain for over a half hour to get inside to go through security. There was a lot of elderly people going on this cruise and this was unacceptable. Cruise line has been in business long enough they should have had a backup plan.

Walked 10 miles to find the beach in El Segundo. Had a great time exploring and seeing a different side of LA.

This port was a complete nightmare. Arrived at the port within the designated time frame and waited about 4 hours to get on the ship. Very confusing and workers were going off and on from working while waiting. Wasn’t fun at all.

I only stayed near the cruise terminal overnight so not much info available. I stayed at the Vagabond Inn which had a shuttle to the port and was suitable for me.
