No excursions here, but we spent 2 days looking around and trying some of the local food gems. Wide eyes open palms is great for breakfast and brunch.

EVERYONE WAS STRICTLY GREAT. I FELT SAFE THE MOMENT I ENTERED THE PARKING LOT TO PARK MY CAR AT THE PORT, LONG BEACH.

We stayed at (on) the Queen Mary the night before boarding our ship. We enjoyed it and did some of the tours and ate at Chelsea's Chowder house. It was a good experience. The rooms had a lot of vintage charm. They have seen a lot of use though. Just a warning, the walls are very thin. :) When we checked out we just walked across the parking lot to get on the ship. I saw the Queen Mary's Bell Hops helping others by carrying their luggage to the Carnival terminal.

This was our third time cruising with Carnival, our first day cruise. We chose to take our own luggage with us it was rough but so worth it! The embarkation process went by fast and smooth they were very organized.

No excursion, but boarding was easy and everyone was helping from traffic directors to porters.
