The food was excellent. I have been on another cruise line before and was not impressed so I was a bit skeptical getting onboard. Other than a few long waits at the main dining room, the food was so good! It was well prepared, flavortown, and had us craving more! I was very pleased with Carnival Imagination's food and drinks!
Onboard Activities

I enjoyed the few activities on the ship, but I do think there could have been more.
Entertainment

The entertainment was great. Karaoke was so fun, the Love and Marriage show was HYSTERICAL! The comedians were funny and all the bands/singers were great!
Service and Staff

Our room steward, Komang, was so kind! He remembered our names the first day and helped us with anything we needed throughout the trip. He kept the room sparkling. I loved everyone of our servers each morning/night we at the dining room. They all had great service! Everyone from the photography staff to the casino cashiers to the masseuses we had were absolutely the nicest they could be. There is only one person that sticks out in my head as unpleasant and that was the spa manager(I assume manager because she did the giveaway and was the one we spoke to the most). I honestly didn't think to look at her name, but she was just not the nicest person. She gave me unfriendly looks and was not friendly after I wanted to use my $100 spa gift card towards the massage we already booked. She told me that was not possible and I just wanted her to explain why since I did win. She explained that I booked at a discount rate already so I couldn't use two discounts. I understood that so I started asking about other services like maybe a haircut. That's when her attitude changed and she was no longer smiling or seemed happy to help. Then when I returned a couple days later for our massage, that's when I felt the unpleasant looks as we were leaving/waiting to tip at the front desk(I had to return with cash, I only like to tip in cash). Other than that one person with minimal contact, we had amazing service and felt welcomed and friendly everywhere we went!

The layout was a bit hard to go up and then back down to the dining room we were assigned. Our room was towards the back, but it was towards the front! I did get turned around a few times while on board! The common areas were clean. I always saw stewards on the outside decks or in the buffet area cleaning up if it was busy!
Cabin / Stateroom

The ONLY bad thing about that room was being directly over the motor(I assume) because early morning docking would wake us up every time! Thin walls, too. I heard the neighbors if you get what I'm saying.
Amazing! The views are absolutely breathtaking. We did not do an excursion here. We rented a golf cart, drove around Avalon, stopped at the botanical gardens, did a little shopping, and had an amazing day!
Mexico is beautiful regardless, but it was a bit dirty on the main strip of the shopping area once you got into town from the port. We realized now that the touristy area is by the blow hole which we didn't go to so we know next time to go there first! We did horseback riding at the Ranchos De Bandidos and it was amazing. Jose and Rita(?) were very welcoming, pleasant, and fun! The views from the horseback riding were unlike anything else! In hindsight, Jose will even record your proposal for you if you just ask him! LOL. My fiancé was so nervous he forgot to tell/ask anyone! Best proposal ever though.
