After living in Florida for over 30 years, this was my first visit to Key West and it didn’t disappoint. We just decided to walk Duval Street and surrounding areas. Hit a couple of bars and lunch at the infamous Sloppy Joes. Can’t wait to return and spend more time getting to know Key West !!

We had a great time in Key West. We tried to get there on our previous cruise in September, but our stop got canceled due to Coast Guard and Navy maneuvers(we got an extra sea day, yay!). We had better luck on our anniversary cruise in November, and actually made it to Key West. It was a lot of fun. We did not go on an excursion, but we just walked around and talked to people and generally just hung out in Key West. We had a great lunch, ate some Key lime pie, and went back to the ship. It was a great day.

Beautiful port, but not a lot to do. Didn't book an excursion, we just walked around and went down to the Southern Most Point. On the way back we stopped at Kermit's on Green Street which is a cute little store filled with all kinds of yummy things made with key lime... oooh, and free samples! Make sure you get a frozen chocolate covered key lime pie slice on a stick and enjoy it by the koy pond... YUMMM!

We rented bikes from Island Safari Rentals (a short walk from the port and they were great my friend got the big tire bike but didn’t like the handling of it and they let her switch and I got a trike! ) and cruised all day on the bikes. It was really great. We hit up the Southern Most Point, a great cafe called Banana Cafe, got some key lime pie and biked around the coast and housing areas. I think it was a great way to spend our first time there touring our own way.

It was an overcast and occasionally rainy day but I enjoyed the Old Town Trolley tour. It goes throughout the island so you can even see the part that looks like Any Town, USA. The drivers all had different anecdotes. With 13 stops, it hits all of the attractions or gets you really close. Lots of bars, so if you arrive early watch where you walk, lol.

We did a tour bus and ate lunch at Sloppy Joe’s, fun place that has a live feed camera so some of our family could log onto their web site and see us

Loved old towne Key West but it was unbelievably hot and humid. Did like Ernest Hemingway's home, especially the cats.

Did Conch Train Tour, well worth it and kids are free. Don’t miss the Southern most point for photo ops.

Key West: one ship in port. (Us!) It was cold and windy but we still enjoyed walking around and stopping for appetizers. Everyone was friendly! We even saw a newly married couple, in full bridal costume, returning to our ship! They got married in Key West! What a wonderful memory for them!
