Embarkation process was too long and the terminal seemed small. Have been out of other terminals that were bigger and the process wasn't nearly as long.

We are from Texas, so we visit Galveston often. But didn't do an excursion here.

I would never visit this ugly city if I didn't have to board the ship there - and it's an hour and a half drive to the airport. Not fun at all.

1st time to cruise and we were getting married on the ship before it left port. They were all so great and made things go so smooth. We will cruise out of Galveston again!

The city of Galveston needs to improve their process for the handicap parking for veterans. There should not be a need to get out of the vehicle to obtain a parking sticker. The people that pays does not have to leave their vehicle.
