Very industrialized, a bit run down. Although it was interesting to see. Did not do any excursions, however shuttle did a little tour before departing to the airport. Enjoyed this.

We live near Galveston so this was not our first visit to the area. There is much to see and do in Galveston if you have time before or after a cruise.

The staff at the lighthouse parking are extremely helpful and the parking spot was just safe and great.

Make sure to book your transporation to the ship as early as possible, we had a hard time finding any availabilities let alone a good price.

Meh. It's a Texas industrial port. It's not ugly but don't expect much.

We used EZCruiseParking.com. They were fast and close to the ship.

We didn't visit the port, but it was the port for embarkation. We drove in the night before and are at Bubba Gump Shrimp. Highly recommend!

Galveston was ok. We got there a day early and were able to explore a little. Didn’t do any excursions.
