Everyone was friendly and helpful. Since I'm only an hour away, I left my car in the parking garage and on return, the wait for the elevator to get my car was what took the longest.

We didn't do any excursion but you are so close to NYC that there are so many options if you come early. We enjoyed seeing the Statue of Liberty from the ship as we were leaving.

Would be nice if something could be done to decrease the length of time that passengers have to stand in line to get to the desk to complete final steps prior to embarkation.
