How can one be bored in Miami? There’s always something to do, see and eat! I always enjoy myself when I’m here. Love the vibes and sets the tone for vacation

First time in Miami and we had a wonderful time. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami. The hotel was nice and clean. It was right across the street from Bayside Marketplace. After checking into the hotel we walked across the steet and enjoyed window shopping, having dinner and then a sunset speedboat ride.

Stayed in South Beach before my cruise. Everytime I stay here it somehow is better than the previous stay. Great food, great people, great place. Though expensive, it is always a fun time.

We spent the day before our cruise in Miami. Stayed at the Holiday Inn on Biscayne which offered a pre-cruise package which included our room, breakfast and shuttle to the cruise terminal (left hotel at 11:30). Had to book this package at least a week in advance and it was non refundable just to give everyone a heads up. We ate at Bubba Gump across from the hotel and enjoyed walking around Bayside with all the shops and the band that was playing. It was a nice way to start our vacation.

While there was a lot of traffic, it was still pretty easy for the Uber driver to navigate. The porters meet you curbside and take your bags. It’s customary to tip them $2-$3 per bag (it is for us anyway). Security staff did a good job at controlling crowds and getting you seated in the terminal while waiting to board. I’ve never had any problems here. Miami’s my favorite port.

I would recommend anyone cruising out of Miami add a day or two beginning or end to enjoy this fabulous diverse city. Take a tour, visit south beach and Little Havana ( you won't need to cruise to Cuba) So much to see and do. Depending on time of year, take in a sporting event. Heat, Marlins, Dolphins or Panthers. But don't miss exploring the city.

Our Uber was able to take us right to our ship at the port. Embarkation was an easy process! Staff was knowledgeable and kind. Spent some time in South Beach after the cruise and had the best time at Wet Willy’s!

Me and the wife have been here since Thursday for our cruise Monday on Norwegian Sky. We’re staying at the Essex Hotel. The hotel is ok but we love the location right on Miami Beach 👌🏽. We’ve been having a blast. Good food, good drinks, good weather, no complaints!
