Line to board boat was massive. Disorderly with people carrying luggage in line, slowing whole process down. No one took control of keeping luggage out of boarding passengers.

I was not impressed with this port. The customs workers were rude pushy and short with people during debarkation and some during embarkation. A tad unorganized and was not crazy about not having access to my sail and sign card until we could get to our room.

Boat was older but well maintained. The staff was excellent & the food was great! Ports were cool, Bahamas was fun especially Freeport, did the dolphin encounter at Atlantis & had so much fun!

JaxPort is easy to get to; parking is no problem; we were one hour from hotel to lunch on board.
