Great port and great city. We did an excursion to the Garden and that was great. We have been to Victoria three times and still like it very much.

If you're a fan of ice cream, go to Chocolats Favoris!! Vanilla ice cream dipped in orange infused chocolate...amazing! Also, we did whale watching on the Orca Spirit....great crew, incredibly knowledgeable and nice, and they give you free professional photos of the whales!

We barely stopped here and when we did it was so late everything was closed but the one gift shop at the pier. Wish we were here longer.

Victoria is amazing. We booked a carriage tour excursion through a private company. You will better off if you book directly through Carnival for this. Do not go to Beacon Hill park at night, you can't see anything. The walk from the cruise port into town was a little long, but not strenuous and it was beautiful. You walk along the bay or through some old neighborhoods.

It was a rainy day, but the city is beautiful. Highlights tour was just enough, but did not include the gardens.
