Didn’t spend much time we’re as we went from the airport to the port... however we have traveled to Seattle before and there are a lot of fun things to do. The zoo is great and has a lot to see.

As I have previously mentioned the embarkation process was flawless and we go onto the ship with no problem, however, we took a Seattle excursion that was not the best. There was a marathon running when we returned and it prevented the buses from getting around town in a timely manner, and we spent most of the time that we should have been at the Space Needle and the Market trying to find a place to part. Case in point, one we looped to the city twice, we finally parked about 5 city blocks from the Space Needle, once we walked there we were basically given about 30 minutes. There was a long line to get in and you had to go through a security screening, and then walk back the 5 blocks to the bus.

The port was good but the Terminal could have used more personnel to do crowd control. No we did not do an excursion.

Second time there. Gross drug problem. Saw guy on crack running through streets and hundreds of strung out people. I would stay out of downtown. I've been here before and it has definitely gotten worse.

We had a great time in Seattle before and after the cruise. We went on a three hour pre-cruise tour with Show Me Seattle. Our guide was great! After the cruise we booked the hop-on/hop-off bus tour through Princess. We visited the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass. Then, we went on an underground tour. When we were finished, it was easy to use the light rail to get to the airport.

I spent the day before boarding the ship in Seattle. I visited he Space Needle and Pike’s Market. I wasn’t impressed with either one.
