We spent 3 days in Seattle before the cruise. We did not do any excursions, but we loved the city. We liked the Pike Street Market, the Hop on/Hop off bus and the Underground tour. We also did the City Pass which gave us access to 5 local attractions at a big discount. It included the Space Needle, Chihuli Museum, Aquarium, a harbor boat tour and the MoPop museum. The NCL Pearl also is docked in a great location at the port, right front and center at the waterfront, in easy walking distance to the waterfront. Also, Uber was super affordable in Seattle as the downtown area is not huge.

Enjoyed getting around and seeing the city and getting to explore! Was awesome! We walked some of Discovey Park. There's a neat lighthouse put there. We also checked out the gold Rush museum. They had some neat stuff. Pikes market place was neat to walk around and check out as well as the gum wall and troll bridge. There's lots of stuff to do!

Walked to Pikes from Holiday Inn Express. Amazing. Easy walk to Space Needle. Uber ride to Wharf. Lunch at The Fisherman's. Crowded on Sunday, but very efficient and great service.

We have had a blast here in Seattle. Not as huge as I was expecting it to be being a city but I like smaller cities. Food has been amazing in the local restaurants and cafes. Our awesome hotel The Inn El Gaucho is the most beautiful hotel. Staff lovely, happy hour amazing as you get to meet other guest, cost of stay very reasonable & room was fabulous & love the upgrades they are doing. Highly recommend to all if wanting to stay downtown & walking distance to all attractions.

We loved being able to cruise from home. Skipping the air travel definitely made this cruise a more relaxing one which is exactly what we wanted.

Lots of fun things to do! We went to Pike Place Market, saw the gum wall, the Seattle Aquarium, and the waterfront! I wish we had a few extra days!!!!

Straight from plane to ship. The Princess option to provide transfers from airport to the ship and back again after cruise was worth the cost.

Recommend coming in a day early and visiting Mt Rainier (need a full day). Excursion available or rent a car (we used Budget by Space Needle. They were great!). Surprised that Saettle is expensive like New York. If you take a late flight out on return, there is an excursion through Carnival to do Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and transport to airport that I'd recommend. If you have a full day to explore Seattle, there is a 5 stop city pass (museums, aquarium, needle, etc) for about $85/person that is a great deal. There is a $5/person roundtrip monorail from Needle to Pike Place area downtown.
