So can any experienced cruisers give me an idea about getting off at the end of the cruise? How does disembarkment work exactly and is there a time to tell someone to collect us?

There were homeless drug addicts everywhere. Way too many! Gas was $3.95 a gallon. Parking was expensive and often hard to find a spot. Recommend using Uber or Lyft. Seattle continues to decline. Glad I don't live there!!!
