San Francisco has always been a favorite of mine...I was able to walk to downtown with my friend without having her to climb hills just from my being in The City so many times these past 20 years.

one of my favourite cities in the U.S.A. and never ceases to disappoint. only annoying thing was the two hour immigration clearance - totally unacceptable but not Princess Cruises fault.

We missed over 50% of the day due to customs line ups. Worst NCL experience ever. No information and over two hours waiting in line. So NCL staff offering info, water, updates.

I wish we had known before the cruise that after-cruise tours were available. We signed up for one onboard, but it would have helped our planning to know in advance that this was an option.

The sights were great, pier 39 and Fisherman's wharf were fantastic even in the rain.
