SEE EVERYTHING YOU CAN! IN THE TIME YOU HAVE, although I don't recommend the Hospital, they were the most unbelieveable and fantastic team ever, but it cuts down on the family time and shopping.

I was a little disappointed. Not much to do here but walk around, rent a golf cart or parasail. Scoops is a definite must before tendering back to the ship!

Beautiful island, we rented a golf cart and toured the island with a map. Of course my hubby did the driving, the curves scared me to pieces😂. I would like to go back, but since it’s out of Long Beach, I’ll pass☹️

We had a great time on Catalina Island! I would highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the island. It was super fun! Most of the residents drive golf carts so it was an interesting experience being part of that. The tender back to the ship took entirely too long to board though. They had everyone pulling out their ID or passport along with our Carnival card to get on the tender which slowed everything down. It's a very small island. I don't think they need this level of security just to board the tender.

Check out the Sandtrap. Good local restaurant/bar with a great view of the golf course. Take the bus it only costs 2 bucks and you get a quick little tour along the way!

Rent a bike, there are plenty of easy miles to ride and some not so easy ones, you can see a lot that way and they have a lot of bikes that appear to be well taken care of.

Very basic shopping...seemed like every shop had the same "gifts" as the previous shop. next time I would do an excursion. Shopping in Catalina is very boring.
