Rented a golf cart and had lots of fun driving around the island. Had a nice lunch at Antonio's and a little shopping.

Everything was extremely overpriced, typical tourist town with over visited natural landmarks. The best part of it was the cold rain deterred many from going into the water.

We did not do an excursion, but we walked around and we ended up taking a tour of the casino and we loved it! Catalina Island was our favorite stop, it was peaceful and fun to shop! We stopped at a restaurant for a drink and a snack and that was very pleasant too!

the glof cat rental was ideal, two hours is the perfect amount of time. We ate lunch at the El Galleon and it was great.

A lot of things were closed when we went to Catalina. So we walked the main strip and it was all shopping. I could have stayed on the boat.

this is a beautiful island--quiet and peaceful, to stroll down the promenade and enjoy the quaint shops. Very picturesque with sail boats and Yachts in the bay.

Bought a nice bag, but total tourist town. Nothing really to see, just shops. The shore excursion I chose and prepaid for was cancelled on my anniversary

Not a lot to explore unless you do excursions. We did the gold cart tour and they were not very friendly and only let us take it on the one small tour. You must rent a minimum of 2 hr but their tour only takes 1
