Review summary
This little 4 day cruise was overall a good experience. We had a great time in Catalina. We didn't choose to venture out in Ensenada. The staff and crew did an outstanding job with service and support. The food at all levels was good but nothing was excellent. We didn't go hungry... We are not late night partiers so we didn't partake in those activities. The earlier entertainment was ok maybe even a little boring. I don't like when artists take liberties with classic songs, Just my opinion. We found that on the sea day there were gaps in the entertainment. There was a lot of items geared towards the SPA, buying art and purchasing Items on the ship. The décor of the ship was gaudy Las Vegas casino. Not as elegant as other cruises I have been on. We did have a good time and I would go again. It is was it is, a low cost get away from your usual routine.

Ship tip
The Serenity area was quiet and relaxing. Very little shade available though. If you want to lay in a quiet place in the Sun it is perfect. The Mongolian BBQ is good, just be prepared for a 20 minute wait.
