I got my reservation at my hotel a year a head of time...good thing I did! Huge convention in town! Stayed at Country Inn and Suites in French Quarter, it was outstanding! So beautiful!

We did not do an excursion here. We flew in to New Orleans and got on the boat. I have been there before and it is a great town. It has lots of things to see.

We stayed with friends for three days prior to cruising so we made a few stops. Only thing I had against it was that I got double charged for parking and am having a hard time getting in contact with the parking authority to get reimbursed

Stayed in the French Quarter. Unless you are a big partier, stay somewhere else.

Very organized. Very pleasant. Getting on and off was easy. The parking was secure and within the normal price range. We stayed at the Old Number 77 Hotel right across from the port. The hotel was unique and unlike any other I've been to. It was boutique style with a slightly risqué new Orleans flavor.
