We had a great time in New Orleans. We stayed at a bed and breakfast called the Rose Inn. Highly recommend it great people and good location on North side by Lake Ponchatrain just a short drive to the port. They have a hop on hop off bus that takes you everywhere. Burbon Street was fun but not appropriate for young people. Parking close to pier is reasonable compared to the pier garage and they all have free shuttle available. Could be my favorite City to cruise from wish they had more options for us to sail to from there. We plan on visiting the city on a non cruise trip sometime soon.

Can’t say enough good things about New Orleans, hands down the best part of this vacation and will be going back for sure. We booked a few nights at a hotel so we could enjoy it before leaving on the cruise

I really enjoyed New Orleans. A new place and new experiences. Loved the French Quarter and market. I prefer Bourbon Street during the day however. If you like a party Bourbon Street at night is your place. Great place to visit. Lots of history.

Always love NOLA. Many people say how dirty it is but does everyone forget Hurricane Katrina!? It is an experience that is the must! Will definitely port of here again.

We have cruised from NOLA several times. This was our first time to stat the night before. We enjoyed walking down town and felt safe. It was Halloween so lots of costumes and people.

Walked Bourbon, ate oysters, had coffee and pastries and people watched. Love New Orleans for so many reasons.

This port was really nice and very clean. We enjoyed what little time we spent in the terminal. All the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Since it was our first cruise we were new to the whole process. Only 92 days until our next cruise thru New Orleans.
