Headed over to Bourbon Street for some oysters at Felix's. They were awesome as usual! However, has Bourbon Street ever smelled this bad before? We almost gaged as soon as we rounded the corner of Canal Street. What are they putting in the water! Better get that waterboy on the street sanitary commission!
