Really a huge waste of time and a disappointment. We tried to make the most of it, but the Astoria column was only just a nicety, and the tea at the Flegel House was nothing special. I've seen so many better Victorians. And the town reminded me of Shasta, California-- a sleepy loggin town. What a waste of time. Better to have spect and overnight in Victoria -- the best place to linger!

One horse town, absolutely nothing to see apart from the bridge, highlight of the town is KFC, I kid you not

This was ok, we arrived late because of the rocky seas. We did the Astoria Ale Trail. It was good but a little pricy for the ecperience. I think it should be a 69-79 dollar excursion. Visited some interesting brewery’s. My favorite was Reach Beach Brewery. The off and on at this port was very easy!
