A lot of the areas downtown and near the port are closed on the weekends. What we could find, though, was great.

Uruguay is a wonderful place to visit--cleaner and safer than Argentina. Excursion was a city tour and Winery which was excellent. Tango dancers performer also.

More rain. , but the tour guide and bus driver tried to stop us where we could use an overhang. Did eventually stop and the visit to the winery and the tango show were great.
