There's a British guy named Simon who owns a farm. He does llama walks. There is a grey little hut outside of the tourist info centre where you can buy tickets for the walk. I paid with my Mastercard but you could also pay in NOR, $, € and £. The tour was about 90 mins. We got to visit his farm and walk our llamas down by the river. It was a great experience. People young and old loved it.

So many people missed out on this gorgeous port just sitting around near the ship or just in town! We walked so much today... and loved the gorgeous HUGE waterfalls! Go walk around!

Our plan was to buy tickets for the llama walk once we have arrived at port. But all was fully booked by the cruise company. There was no tourist office support as the covid lock down the last 2 years made it not viable to have one. No one was around to sell any tours either, so unless you book with the cruise company or book online before arrival, a walk around the time was the only option. It was a very pleasant walk though which helped by a no rain weather

We took HAL’s “Urnes Stave Church and Scenic Drive” excursion. This was a beautiful church with lots of history and the local tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a quirky sense of humor. A beautiful interior, especially for something so old. The construction of the building was magnificent. The scenery on the bus trip was great and the excursion tour guide made it fun by pointing out things like her old elementary school and other buildings from her past as she had grown up in that area. The tour description had suggested bringing a hat and gloves as the ferry ride portion of this tour could get very chilly. We were very lucky to have a beautiful sunny 77 degree day and could wear shirtsleeves. This was a great tour.
