We went on the Starfish Private Island Getaway excursion.  It was about a fifteen-minute tender ride to the island.  The whole place is beautiful and a nice small secluded island.  Lots of seaweed washed up on the beach but very little in the water.  I tried the snorkeling but saw only two fish and nothing else.  One person in our group found a very large bright peach colored starfish.  She was finally convinced to put it back in the water.  The included food was good, but nothing special.  If you like spicy you must try the habanero pepper-onion sauce it has a nice kick.  After we returned to the ship we changed and dropped off our stuff then took another tender to Belize to do some shopping. The shop owners really work the hard sell.  If you express an interest at all in any item they will relentlessly work to get you to buy. 

We went on the snorkel, sharks and rays tour. Great time and our tour guide Kim, Leslie and Frances where great and provided tons of information. We took a boat ride from the ship to the port and jumped on another boat for a 21 mile ride to the site. Outstanding views and great conversation. They are all about safety and will help if you never snorkeled before. The reef was beautiful with lots of fish and coral bring a camera or gopro. Sharks and rays were good, but really was not my interest.

It was okay for some quick shopping. Vendors were not too pushy. Tender was actually kind of fun. Must do an excursion to have a memorable day

Snorkeling at Hol Chan Marine reserve swimming with the nurse shakes was the best part of this excursion. Took 1.5 hrs to get to the reserve by boat crew courteous friendly always put safety first awesome crew water was murky a storm came thru it was Mother Nature had a great time.

We took the sceic river boat tour. I enjoyed this very much. We saw manatees, iguanas, and even a couple blue herons. I recommend this excursion. Did just a little shopping. Enjoyed a Belekin beer. The tender crews were very helpful.

We didn't do a lot in port. However, what time we spent there was enjoyable. The people were very nice. We did an excursion through Carnival that took us to Caye Caulker island and snorkeling the reef/nurse sharks. Which was one of the best experiences ever!! I would like to one day snorkel again but I need some practice. I would tho, like to find an excursion that would take us to Caye Caulker for the day. I'd love another coconut mojito and more coconut shrimp from the Lazy Lizard! I want to hang out at The Sip and Dip some more and see more of the island! I can't wait to go back for another Unbelizeable time!!

when you get to Belize, find Belize ecotour! There's an excursion to Goff's Cay, it's a little paradise island for snorkling and rolling in the sand! Magnificent !
