We had to tender in but the Seas were very rough. The captain decided to go ahead with tendering even though the seas were bad. Many people were sick, 2 of the tenders crashed into the ship and broke various parts off the tenders. The captain should have never attempted tendering, for safety sake!

This was a terrific treat. A compact, picturesque harbor with so many gigantic yaghts, it looked like a boatyard. French is both the language and way of life here, and it had the feel of the French Riveria, complete with outdoor cafes, chic shops and pastry. You can leave your wallet onboard the ship, though, as a garden-variety refrigerator magnet will set you back nearly $10.

The isle of the rich and famous! Interesting and expensive shopping here. We walked through the town to Shell Beach. Too expensive to rent chairs ($120) so we sat on towels, swam and collected shells and sea glass. Enjoyed viewing all the yachts in the port.

Had a great time here on the ATV adventure. It was fun zipping around the island, and was very cool to stop by the airport and see a couple planes landing on that impossible runway. Best excursion of the trip.
